Yesterday I bought a photo frame for 3.49. I gave the cashier 4 rubles. The cashier punched the product and gave me the change of 1 ruble, saying "I will owe you 1 kopeck." I understand that there is not always a change at the checkout, but they warn you about this in advance before they punch the goods. I think this is arrogance and deliberate deception. A penny apiece is a great idea, apparently, the cashier thought. It would be interesting to ask the store owner how the cash register closes in the evening when there is more money in it than it should be. I think a sudden visit from the tax service will fix everything. I consider it theft.
