The view is beautiful from the hotel. But there is nothing interesting nearby. There are also few cafes and restaurants nearby, try to find something decent and adequate for the price. You will not be able to buy lunches at the hotel, because the kitchen is open only in the morning.
During the week, there were problems with the electronic key 3 times, I had to go to the reception to solve the problem.
On the plus side, there are several chain stores and bus routes to different parts of the city within walking distance (they run often)

We had a vacation with a 12-year-old child at the end of August 2024. We liked everything! First of all, I must say right away that we knew where we were going, studied and evaluated everything before booking - so there were no disappointments! Positive: 1)The buffet breakfast is very good - varied. it was satisfying, everything was fresh, the cook cooked pancakes / scrambled eggs / tortillas with us every day, etc. 2) The view from the room is stunning - on the sea, from the hall to the waterfalls (9th floor). Low-rise buildings are everywhere nearby, and the hotel is the highest, there will be a good view starting from the 3rd floor. I think. 3) The beach from the hotel is free, 5 min walk with umbrellas and sun beds, clean, the sea is excellent, there are few people! 4) friendly, helpful reception staff 5) cleaning every day, changed towels, took out the trash 6) the hotel pool is clean, not small, beautiful, new sunbeds 7) gave beach towels without deposit 8) The air conditioning in the room did a great job. 9) cool area - close to shops, supermarkets, cafes, 25 min walk to Duden Park and waterfall. On Friday, the market arrives (20 min walk) 10) near the military sanatorium - a good view of their park, nature. 11) at the hotel, you can buy lunch and dinner at the restaurant if you do not want to walk around. 12) comfortable beds, good linen, change. 12) bring 0.5 liters of water per person every day 13) there is a kettle in the room, tea and coffee bags for free. Cons (they are, of course, there, but for us they did not matter at all): 1) The hotel is not new, for those who like to take pictures of fallen off paint in the room and not new furniture there will be a soil for activity 2) The air conditioner is noisy 3) the refrigerator in the room was very slightly cold 4) there is no safe. That's all, perhaps. Keep in mind that there are a huge number of stray cats and dogs in the area. Dogs are all with tags on their ears, not aggressive, indifferent to people, but big and they are everywhere. Everyone feeds the cats. Wild turtles have been seen on the street several times.
