If it were possible to put 1000, I would have done so. We really liked it here. It's a very warm place, delicious, fresh, homemade food, reasonable prices and, of course, it's always about the people, namely the owner Nodari Georgievich (who turns 80 this year, God grant you good health and many more long years of happy life) and he still accepts he greets the guests himself🤗💖) and his lovely assistant🙏😍💖🌷
A warm welcome, an unusual atmosphere... and as a result, all the days that we were in Borjomi, we went to eat here every day.🤗
Every day we were greeted by the owner himself with a sincere smile and hugs🤗😍
There is no pathos and modernity here, rather the feeling that I have come to visit my grandparents. It is very warm, cozy, calm, comfortable....💖💖💖 I FELL in LOVE with kharcho here😍😋 ( although I couldn't stand it before, but I ate it here every day and now I miss it 🙈☺️ it was so delicious 😋😋😋 💯)
And of course, homemade wine is undoubtedly delicious and fragrant.😘 Here in the interior is the history... the history of the institution... its owners and guests... here is sincerity... kindness... sincerity... and of course REAL GEORGIAN HOSPITALITY. 🙏💖🥳 For which I bow low. Thank you.

A very kind, sincere, hospitable cafe owner, long life to you! Delicious salad with walnuts, an incomparable meal! They treated me to cognac and delicious plum jam for tea. The tables are clean (in previous reviews they wrote the opposite, it's not true) and the place is in the Soviet style, not a 5* restaurant, but it's warm!
The khinkali had slightly undercooked minced meat.

A warm, homely and cozy cafe in its own way! The owner, an 80-year-old grandfather with 40 years of experience as a chef, greets guests himself, takes orders, cooks (!), takes out, calculates. They took ojakhuri, chakhokhbili, khinkali and lemonades. We also treated you to homemade 6-year-old cognac! It's a very impressive place)) thank you very much! We wish grandpa and his wife good health and prosperity to the cafe!

We went to a cafe based on reviews. I will not find fault with the situation, the atmosphere is approximately clear from the photo. But the main thing is the food- I didn't like it at all. Shish kebab is a complete disappointment, this meat is not cooked on the grill and heated in a frying pan, kharcho and salad are acceptable. Kebab is not a kebab, but fried kupata, but at least juicy and quite tasty. Khachapuri is the weakest of all the cafes that were eaten in Georgia.

Delicious, cozy at home. 79-year-old grandfather cooks. He loves Russians. He treated me to some delicious cognac. We took shish kebab from chicken, the meat is excellent, the khachepuri is the most delicate, the salads are also decent. He said that the cafe starts working somewhere from 10.30 am not earlier.

I don't understand how the cafe scored such a high score. I've been living in Georgia for 2 years now and this is the first time I've seen this. I don't care about the surroundings, it's even fun, the main thing is that the food is delicious, but it's not. It's hard to find worse food. It's just tasteless. The kebab is rubber, khachapuri is like a piece of tasteless bread, even cheese is not felt. At least they didn't get poisoned. It seems that they just buy something in the store and quickly warm it up. The toilet is a hole in the floor, I don't care, but the ladies are shocked.

Grandpa is really very nice and welcoming. That's all we have on the plus side.
We saw 3 tables. It's a basement covered with carpets and paintings. We went in, there were visitors from Russia too, the second one apparently just got rid of a large company, we were put behind the third one. There are oilcloths on the table, reusable napkins under the plate, plates, glasses. Oilcloths, glasses are greasy and dirty, greasy. They began to wait for the menu, but the first table was very talkative: and how many children, and which wife, and how many years, and who helps you, and that's all. The menu has been waiting for a long time, therefore. We decided on the order quickly, although the menu leaves are quite specific, you will understand. Then we waited for 10 minutes for people from the next table to chat and take our order. There was Ajarian khachapuri on the menu when Grandpa came over. after about 10 minutes, we named him. He threw up his hands, said that he did not do such a thing, would not do it, he did not have such a thing and left. He did not take the order further. We sat for 3-4 minutes more, then the order was not accepted, and we left. So I can't appreciate the food
He's alone. I think that it is comfortable here only if you are the only visitors and you are not embarrassed by the lack of cleanliness

A very strange thing happened:
I stopped by, ate, the food was excellent (and for this money it was just excellent), the staff was quite nice.
I waited for my friends, and as soon as they came in, the owner changed from good-natured to negative (we didn't understand why at all, they literally didn't even have time to undress).
Well, in fact, we were kicked out "go to other restaurants." The children were upset.

An absolutely wonderful place in Borjomi. Someone wrote that it was like visiting my grandfather. That's right - at Grandfather Nodar's! A wonderful man, he has worked as a cook in various restaurants all his life and is now resting and working for himself. The Tourist cafe does not have chic interiors, exquisite dishes, there is not even a lot of space, because there are only 3 tables (three!!!). But if you manage to get at least one of them, then exceptionally delicious food, home comfort, cordiality and hospitality of the host are guaranteed to you! And it's not expensive at all. Nodar Georgievich, dear! Long life to you, health, human happiness and all the best to your family! You are a very kind and bright person! Thank you for being there! We will definitely come again, this time with the baby!

As soon as we found your cafe, it became clear where you can always eat in Borjomi. Lobio, khinkali, fried fish, kharcho, we all ate and everything was on the level. And the cognac that you treated us to on our third visit is not inferior to the branded Granelle. I regret that I was asked to take a bottle with me.

The kitchen is super mega, especially the kebab in ketsi. I recommend this restaurant to those who want to find themselves in the Georgian flavor and feel real hospitality!!! The prices are very pleasant - 2L Kindzmarauli, chacha, two kebabs, kharcho, two salads, khinkali 5 pieces, pickles, a total of 107 GEL in total.

I don't know where the five stars came from. At the entrance, there was an idea to tactfully run away, but decided to believe the estimate of 4.9. Ordered. I go to the toilet, and there's a point ( in the truest sense of the word). You need to be able to spoil khinkali and kharcho. They did not eat, tried, calculated and ran away.

One of the authentic family cafes, the best in Borjomi, in my opinion. The host is a high-class chef, very welcoming. Kharcho with the taste of real lamb, cabbage rolls, stuffed eggplant, French fries, khachapuri. Everything is cooked with a soul, at home, quickly and relatively inexpensively. The toilet is made the old-fashioned way, if you are a squeamish person, it is better not to go there.

Khinkali is a persistent suspicion that they are purchased. It is difficult to cook this in the kitchen in Georgia. It's not even a disappointment-it's a shame. They have already written about unsanitary conditions and the "hole in the floor" toilet.
It's a pity, it could have turned out to be a nice place without pretensions, but the kitchen and the squalor of the toilet kill the whole impression.
