I constantly order flowers for delivery, send a photo report (upon request), recalculate the cost of flowers and delivery in other currencies - I am in the Russian Federation, and my relatives are in Tashkent. The payment method is a bit inconvenient, most likely the problems are on the side of the banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan. I can only assess the quality of flowers from photos and they look decent, unfortunately I haven't seen them in person, but all the recipients of flowers are delighted. Delivery drivers call the recipients and, if necessary, reschedule the delivery time to the one that is convenient for the recipient.

I used to often order and pick up flowers from this store myself, but after my last visit on 09/01/2024, I was convinced that Toshkent Gullari had finally fallen in quality (untrained, rude staff (the name of the girl's manager on W...), old flowers, a small assortment, overpriced, etc.).
After 20 minutes, I bought flowers in another store with better service and price/quality ratio.
I do not recommend Toshkent Gullari!

The prices for bouquets of fresh flowers are very high (imho).
Perhaps for a person who can easily make a beautiful bouquet with the right flowers , this is overestimated , but for people of high society it is quite possible.
