I was at Gayane Cakes today and for the first time I encountered a very low level of service. There were three male salesmen behind the counter: two were chatting with one customer, and the third was just walking back and forth, not paying attention. No one even greeted me. I tried to call someone twice, but they just ignored me. In the end, she left because there was no point in waiting any longer. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I don't want to go back.
