It so happened that my wife had two small operations to remove subcutaneous tumors. (I am not a doctor, and I will not try to "smarten up" with diagnoses).
The first time was a year ago in one of the state hospitals, the second time in the Tornado clinic.
How was it the first time:
1. Turn and reception of the district police officer - referral to a specialist.
2. Queue and appointment with a specialist - referral for tests and ultrasound.
3. The queue for tests, the queue for ultrasound.
4. Appointment with a specialist and referral to a hospital.
5. Admission to the hospital and preoperative tests.
6. Consultation with an anesthesiologist.
7. Consultation with a surgeon.
8. Operation.(With changing into operating clothes and tying to the operating table)
9. Queue for a postoperative appointment based on the results of histology tests.
10. Queue for a suture removal appointment.
THE CONSULTATIONS OF SPECIALISTS ARE OF HIGH QUALITY, THE OPERATION IS WITHOUT COMPLICATIONS.
In terms of time, it took 5 days before the operation, three days after the hospital and one day after.
For money, everything should be free, but each of us knows the prices for official and non-official "donations"...
As it was the second time at the Tornado Clinic.
1. Record a phone call at 9 a.m.
2. Joint examination by both a specialist and a surgeon.
3. 9-30 tests, blood pressure measurement and cardiogram.
4. 10-30 ultrasound.
5. 12-00 having all the indications, the surgeon invites you to the operation.
6. At 13:00, the operation was performed, the tissues were sent for histology, the specialist prescribed postoperative medications and set a time for suture removal.
7. After two weeks, suture removal, consultation with a specialist with the results of histology tests.
In terms of time, it took three and a half hours of preparation and surgery and half an hour for the second visit. ONLY 4 HOURS.
Payment by plastic card. THE AMOUNT IS ONE AND A HALF TIMES LESS THAN IT WAS SPENT ON ALL THE "DONATIONS" A YEAR AGO.
THE CONSULTATIONS OF SPECIALISTS ARE OF HIGH QUALITY, THE OPERATION IS WITHOUT COMPLICATIONS. (A small nuance: instead of a standard 5 cm surgical incision and 1-1.5 cm wide sutures, the Tornado clinic made an incision twice as small and applied cosmetic stitches 2-3mm wide.)
These were the bare facts, without emotion.
Now about emotions...
For the first time, my wife was in constant queues for 9 days, among people depressed by their illnesses and haggard medical staff.
For the second time, a polite sister ran after her and, with a smile, almost by the hand, transferred her from office to office.
Naturally, my wife is delighted with the Tornado clinic and scolds state medicine.
I looked at it from the outside and I can say that my wife is not quite right. THE DOCTORS THERE ARE BOTH PROFESSIONAL AND KNOW THEIR JOB.
There is still a Soviet system in state medicine - the protocol of the conveyor with the intra-status squabbles of the staff. Tornado treats the patient INDIVIDUALLY, appreciates his time and tries to minimize the inconveniences that are necessarily present with any disease.
As a result, the differences on an emotional level are just fantastic
