I am delighted with the studio and the wonderful master of Vazira, a very pleasant girl, kind, attentive, kind, but most importantly a professional in her field. I came with a mess on my head, and Vazira fixed everything, made a uniform beautiful coloring of total blonde, good care, such beauty. Everyone was delighted, both family and friends, I will contact only here, I immediately signed up for the next time. And in between, delicious coffee from beautiful dishes and water with a straw, it is of course very pleasant. Thank you very much, ♥️ You are the best!🫶
Who writes these positive reviews?!
This is not a salon, but a cheap hairdresser at home.
The atmosphere and customer orientation are not even 0, but in the red. I fell for Instagram and advertising.
To begin with, there is no administrator on Independence 44 in nature. The client is greeted by an empty counter, a dirty eyebrow chair (all stained with something white) and a clothes rack. Next, the client himself needs to shout to someone, in my case, it was the master.
Don't look for atmosphere or comfort there, they don't exist. The reception desk is shabby, and the walls in the shampooing area are splattered with paint splashes. Provided that they are painted with a matte light pink paint. It all looks like it hasn't been repaired in 10 years. There's a lot of paint in the bathroom, too. By the way, there's not even a hook to hang the bag on. There was no water in the faucet either, and how to wash your hands after going to the bathroom remained a mystery. It's possible that I was just unlucky with the water.
The icing on the cake is the coffee that was brought to me in a dirty cup. The cup was covered in lipstick. Do you even wash cups for customers?! I asked to replace the coffee, no one even apologized. Apparently, this is the norm for this "salon".
Now about the coloring. The request was to get out of red (there was an unsuccessful coloring). I wrote about it on Instagram beforehand.
I wanted a complicated technique, but in fact I had to do tinting and go into the dark.
The master showed absolutely no interest in my request. And after coloring the test strand, she began to incline me to dark toning. When I asked her what other options there were, she didn't offer me anything. I didn't want to leave with a red and overgrown root, so I decided on tinting out of desperation. The result was not a delight, the usual dark color that I chose from the palette. Just in one shade. Such work does not pull 200 rubles. Gera dye, you can easily use it to paint at home (just mix the paint and developer) .
At home, I discovered that it was painted unevenly. That was the last straw that prompted me to write a review. I was here for the first and last time.
Don't ever come here, at least not to the master of forging, Kristina. Before signing up, I sent a photo of my hair to the administrator. I sent you what I want to do. I have clarified several times whether such coloring is done. They answered yes and wrote it down. I spent time on a trip to them and another 40 minutes while I sat in an armchair and listened to humiliations from the insecure craftswoman Kristina!I came with my hair washed, and I didn't put it on with a hair dryer or any products. Her hair was curly and fluffy. The natural hair has almost grown back, and there is a little complex coloring left at the tips. As soon as Kristina saw the photo of the complex coloring that I showed her for an example of coloring my hair, she began to behave inappropriately. She started being rude that now she's going to look at it and maybe she won't take me for coloring yet because I have really disgusting hair. And the FACT that almost all the hair is natural is also bad for some reason. I tell her about the balayage, she tells me that she blows with a hair dryer anyway and it will be a banal air touch. So why did I ask the receptionist and they assured me that Kristina works in the balayage technique!?plus, Kristina was worried that she would have to patiently select the strands due to the fact that my hair had grown back after falling out and the roots had small, short, regrowing hairs. I sat and listened to it all while Kristina dyed a thin strand of hair for testing. When the time passed and she washed off the strand. The strand was dyed easily and without problems, as in all other coloring before Christina. And then Kristina said that if she dyed me, then the hair would remain at the root, and (pointing to the ear level) She said the rest would fall off on the pillow in three months. I've never heard such nonsense before. For almost thirty years of blonde coloring in various techniques, no master has ever carried such nonsense. Think a hundred times before signing up for Kristina. You will lose both time and mood. Zero professionalism and tact. And the most important thing is that they will humiliate you and make you an extreme person with bad hair! But I'll remind Kristina of the saying about the dancer.. SOME ORGANS DON'T BOTHER A GOOD DANCER.I've already painted in another salon. Nothing prevented the real master from doing the coloring, and the hair is in order. Yes, this is a four-hour job that pays at least 300 rubles. The master coped with it.And good luck to Kristina at the hairdresser for PENSIONERS! P. S. I don't need a salon response to my review. Initially, it is clear that, of course, I am the extreme one with very bad hair)))
