On August 29, I repaired Hitachi electric knives, Wurth and Bosch grinders. The cutting part had to be changed on the electric knives, and the casings had to be installed on the grinders.
On September 2, they send an invoice in which I do not see the word "casings" among the spare parts, but I see bearings, a network cord, carbon brushes. these three power tools require threading, prevention of the electrical part. 350 rubles are required for repairs, while what was asked to be done (replacement of the cutting part and installation of casings) is not performed. You give 350 rubles and get the same faulty tool as before the repair (the scissors were not cut, and they will not be cut, the grinders could not work without casings, and after their maintenance it is impossible to work with them). I called them and they said that Hitahci had left our market, so there were no cutting parts on them. So why did you take an electric knife to repair, knowing that there are no spare parts? Why should they be used to paint the groove, prevention of the electrical part, cleaning and disassembly of the brush assembly for 100 rubles? To change the cutting part, you do not need to climb "inside" the electric scissors. If you do not have casings for the grinder, then you also did not need to take the grinder for repair, otherwise you painted the groove, replacement of the power cord, bearings. You were not asked to climb inside the Bulgarians, but to install casings that are installed without opening the power tool.
And what, a normal scheme. You take a power tool for repair that you know
you can't fix. You make up an invoice that the customer does not agree to. You bill for diagnostics at 10 rubles per unit and have 30 rubles from this client - office expenses for drafting a contract and two invoices.
And what do I and our organization have?
Fuel costs for two trips to the workshop (to hand over and pick up the power tool). The time spent on finding the power tool with them (in another workshop they would have found and installed the casings). - 30 rubles for the diagnosis, which we did not need.

Привез человек бензопилу (не заводилась) . Сказали оставить. Через 1 час перезвонили сказали нужно менять деталь. Стоимость 200р. Отвёз в другую мастерскую . Заменили маленькую втулочку 40р. Распилил воз дров. Вот такой сервис.
