When choosing doors, I was informed that there are doors. A measurer arrived and reported that there was no one door of the right size. He said that they would arrive tomorrow. I ordered it well. Then it turned out that they were not there. And I was offered other doors for 14% more expensive. I refused and wanted to terminate the contract. Later that day, they called back and informed me that my doors were there. That's when it was necessary to refuse. For installation. The doors were installed, and when accepting the goods, a torn seal was found. The master said that it would not be a problem to change it. The defect is not significant, I agreed, paying the remaining amount (as it turned out, in vain). A week has passed, no call, no master. I went to the store, the girl said that they would do everything. Another week has passed, I'm still calling. They tell me that I can take it away. It turned out that the seal was in the wrong format and also with a defect.
