I bought a bun in the Alesya store (Ordinary Saika), and was horrified when I came across a black lump with hair or wool, then again a slightly smaller lump and also with a hair (and came to the conclusion that it was either rat or mouse poop)!The horror!It's a pity that I threw out the check, I would have asked for a book of complaints!
