Honest 3 stars! The staff is very friendly, clean, the breakfasts are delicious, hearty and quite varied, the Internet is stable and fast. I did not give 5 stars because of the "tired" plumbing and the lack of a hygienic shower. but, to all my friends, with a limited budget, I will definitely recommend this hotel.

+ There is an excellent Canister bar under the hotel, where guests are given a 15% discount, and there is also a business lunch 12.00-16.00 for 2k, which means that you can eat at the hotel inexpensively and tasty.
- Despite the fact that smoking is not allowed in the room, one of the neighbors smoked and the smoke got into my room through a closed window (it felt like a bull put out near the face)
- There is no Parking (if there is personal transport, difficulties may arise)

A comfortable room, no frills, but clean enough. Updating would not hurt (carpets, furniture somewhere), but if something does not work, they quickly fix it. There is a hair dryer, but very simple. If I'm lucky, I'll have a robe, but I preferred to return the one that I got.
Good breakfasts - there is a ready-made hot dish, on request they make an omelet, scrambled eggs, cook cappuccino. Yoghurts, cottage cheese, porridge (different and delicious every day), chopped vegetables and fruits, pastries, sausage, cheese. Juice or compote.
There is a Canister bar in the basement. The hotel gives a 15% discount on the receipt.
Well, the reception area is quite presentable.

I liked the hotel, first of all, for its location. It was very convenient for me to get to the Eurasian University (which, by the way, I did not like at all. Very unfriendly people. But that's another story).

A wonderful hotel, especially for family holidays. The room has everything you need, a dispenser and an iron with ironing board on the floor. Good breakfast, polite staff. Clean and tidy. Very convenient location. There is one disadvantage, there were no shampoo bags, but probably you could have asked the administrator. So if you need a comfortable stay in a cozy room, you can stay here)))

I was in this hotel for the first time 7 years ago, the hotel and the service were on a solid "5"! We came here again for old times' sake, and were, to put it mildly, disappointed. The rooms require repair and general cleaning - the carpet is very dirty, dusty, the curtains, if you try to close them, give out clouds of dust, there are just tons of dirt and dust on the window between the two frames!! the table in the room is sticky with dirt, it should be thoroughly washed with some cleaning agent. It would not hurt to replace the shower stall, the tray is all gray (apparently, the cleaners really want to wash it, so the white enamel is erased), the water barely leaves, and even there was no mesh in the drain, and it was better not to look at the drain inside at all, there is a lime plaque on the walls, the toilet seat is burnt, according to apparently, with a cigarette, it can definitely be replaced without much expense.
The previous residents forgot some kind of package in the refrigerator, we asked the reception twice to come and pick it up, only the third time the receptionist came and took it herself. In general, the administrators didn't seem very friendly, but maybe everyone was in a bad mood)))
I was pleased with clean bed linen, soft mattresses and pillows, terry bathrobes and water in the room! As well as breakfast! It was satisfying, delicious, the service in the dining room was good and polite, the girl herself came up and asked what kind of coffee or tea we should make! Perhaps if we had been here for the first time, we would not have noticed all this, but since we know how it was before, all these shortcomings were very noticeable.

The hotel is very beautiful for 3 stars, the room is clean, the mattress is soft and comfortable, the staff is polite, there is a refrigerator in the room, and there is a cooler with water in the corridor.The room is very warm, I had to open the window all the time. The bathroom is clean, there is soap, washing facilities.
Good location, two malls nearby, it is fashionable to pay with a mir card, in my case Tinkoff paid, the payment was successful. Breakfast per person is 3000 tenge.

A very nice hotel. In March 2023, you can stay for 15,000 tenge for one person at a time. Friendly staff. It is comfortable, there is Internet, parking on weekends is not always free in the afternoon. The rooms are ideal for cleanliness and convenience. Everything in the room works. The sockets are conveniently located. All rooms have a working hairdryer in the shower. There is always hot water and the pressure is normal. Water is a sore point, as not all hotels have stable hot water pressure. In general, in this price segment, of course, this is the best thing to choose. It is always possible to get to the center in 10-15 minutes by taxi. The airport is 25-50 minutes away by taxi, depending on the time of the trip. There is breakfast in the hotel and a Canister bar in the basement. If you don't have time to look for somewhere to eat, you can always eat here. There is a supermarket and several shops in the format of a convenience store nearby 3-5 minutes on foot. Prices in stores are better than in the center. There is a bank with an exchange office in the same building as the hotel.

The hotel perfectly suited my needs. I needed a bed with a good mattress for a sound sleep, decent neighbors, air conditioning and a refrigerator
I arrived at the hotel at 7 a.m. and left my suitcases. I was very pleased that they checked in at 12, and not at 14 o'clock. We were given a room above the category, as the one booked was under renovation. It's also a huge plus
The windows faced a noisy street- but if you close them, you can hardly hear
There is a cooler on each floor) the wifi is excellent
The receptionists were friendly and went to a meeting to pay for the room
The cafe at the hotel gives a discount - but I didn't have time to use it
There are disadvantages in the shower: a leaking pallet, damaged plumbing
I'm glad I stayed here.

I had the impression that this was a cheap road motel on the highway... One star for the responsiveness and friendliness of the staff, everything was promptly answered and done. The second star is for purity.
Otherwise, the rooms are smoky. I changed one room because of the strong smell of tobacco, the new room had a strong smell of hookah. A wrapped dual smoke detector. There was no way to change it anymore. We kept the windows wide open for two days, at -23, to get rid of the smell. The robes had their pockets torn off and one had a big hole in the back. The folding sofa was broken. Breakfast... when we arrived there was nothing, although we went down for breakfast at 9 a.m. The porridge is very bland, the dumplings ... the scrambled eggs were waiting for 15 minutes, although there was no one else besides us. It does not pull at all at the declared three stars..

Great Hotel. It's warm, cozy, and bright. Fully justifies the cost of the room. The room rates are also nice. It is better to book directly rather than through the service. It's just terrible.
Not only did I not receive a confirmation of payment upon check-in: no receipt, no receipt: the order left much to be desired. In the next room, the guests drank all night and screamed until 5 a.m. + smoked in the room, opening the door to the corridor. Although there are signs everywhere that smoking is prohibited. I contacted the reception to calm down the neighbors: on the first night there were attempts to reach them, on the second night the receptionist just picked up the phone: it was always busy. There was always someone sitting in the Lobby on the ground floor: in my opinion, not sober.
Wi-fi is terrible: if you are going to work remotely on a business trip, it will not be real
On the plus side: the room was clean enough. Three towels, a toothbrush, and toothpaste. I haven't been to the restaurant - I can't give an assessment.

It's not my first time here. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and cozy. I left early in the morning (5 a.m.), I was warned about leaving and breakfast was brought to me in the evening. Thank you very much.
A sore problem with other hotels is hot water. Either there are fluctuations, or you wait a long time for the cold one to escape. Here the hot water is almost immediately and the drops are not felt.

The attitude towards the hotel is negative. We booked and received the voucher back in Russia. Arriving at the hotel with two children at 8 pm instead of 14 o'clock, we were told that there were no places, there was no reservation (it felt like they gave us the room at 2 o'clock without waiting for us). In return, they offered nothing and advised to look for places in nearby hotels.
