I have not met the worst Internet, our village was connected, everything was told beautifully, but in fact, when there is a breakdown, we wait for three weeks for the masters, they will come, they will work for a month and again there is a break on the line and again we sit for three weeks without Internet
On December 11, 2023, there were line breaks due to weather conditions. For 2 months, my neighbors and I (repeatedly, to put it mildly in the beginning, called every other day and received promises, then called two days later, then my neighbors and I called three days later, but to this day nothing has changed). And so for two months there have been many promises, but in fact nothing has been done yet. Why should such providers not be stripped of their licenses if they do not fulfill their obligations under the contract?
Purely my personal opinion! My close friend has been using this provider for more than one year . Everything is fine with them , as everyone has problems , but they try to solve the breakdowns as soon as possible . They are polite on the phone , they will tell you , they will tell you .
