We ordered flowers a day in advance , with delivery from 12 to 14 , at 14:10 my husband and I had to go to the registry office already. At 13:50 I write on Instagram and ask if the driver will be in time by 14:00, after 8 minutes the answer is " the driver will be able to arrive only in 40 minutes. " And then I ached , instead of warning in advance so that we would go to the flower shop in advance , they reached the next one and did not WARN , then they write to me " we can take it to another address or make a cancellation " , I say " okay , in 40 minutes the bouquet should be at another address", I after 15 MINUTES, they answer "you can go there in an hour", and we have the ceremony in 20 minutes already … I'm just shocked by such employees , such irresponsibility , the mood was spoiled . It feels like children are working there and not adults!
My husband ordered flowers here several times and thought that everything was checked here, but here such a disgusting attitude towards the client! We could even make a call in 30 minutes , so that we could do everything ! It's not just that you have a delivery with a certain time .

The quality of the flowers is disgusting. In the photo with the postcard, flowers are on the day of delivery, and in 2 photos - the next day, in 3 photos - the next day. That is, flowers for half a day at most!!! I took care of the flowers, watered them, even on the 2nd day in the evening I kept the buds in a bowl with water (holding the box upside down and holding the flowers). I do NOT recommend buying here.
