This is my first review in my life. For the first time, I am so deeply upset that I consider it necessary to write it.
When you go to get a haircut at a barbershop, and not at Lyudmila's barbershop, you go for the atmosphere, for good service. After visiting this barbershop, I was extremely disappointed. The room is dirty, the furniture is old and worn, the tables are a mess, dust is everywhere. All the time while I was getting a haircut, the barbershop employee was sleeping on the couch like he was at home, it's unpleasant to watch such a picture. I usually get my hair cut in the same place, so I had to take a chance and go to a new one.
If the TOP GAN brand wants to stay at the same level, then they should be deprived of the opportunity to operate such premises under their name.
Barber did his job well, but that's not the most important thing in this case.

I arrived without an appointment, at the very rush hour, she agreed to receive me, although there was a tight recording and a queue, found a window for me, showed maximum sensitivity and understanding! Thank you very much!

I was in the salon for the first time. The impression is completely positive. The room is made with taste and quality.
Barber-master Alexander is very pleasant to communicate with and attentive to details in his work. I did a beard shave - just fine. As a bonus, the barber master offered to make a correction with wax. How can such an offer be refused..? I don't know!!
I'll definitely be back, but not this month)))
+ tea or coffee will be offered if desired.

The administrator did not offer a place for the child to remove the combez, I had to remove it right at the entrance, the parent was not offered elementary coffee, I'm not finding fault, we just come to the barber for quality and pay not 15 rubles as in the state barber shop)
The master is a good fellow, and we need to work with the administrator on how to meet guests.
