Caution! Don't take their cars. If there was full coverage after a small dent, we had to call the police, then go to the police office (this is after the police left, twirling a finger at the temple, insisted on making a representative of Toprentakar) to demand a protocol, then 15 minutes of communication between a toprentakar employee and a policeman on our Russian phone, the message "everything is OK".
The result is that toprentakar deducted more than 600 leva from the card. The approach initially is this: they push us to sign a contract only in Bulgarian, then they refer to some points of this agreement and say that we should require the police to give a protocol. As a result, topretakar took money for both full coverage and a small dent. And they'll take money from the insurance company, I'm sure. The dent was also priced very badly - 320 euros. We lost money, spent half a day on a wheelchair, talked to the police twice (at the request of a Rentakar employee), spent half a day communicating with the very unfriendly toprentakar employees who immediately became completely unfriendly, following their instructions and fulfilling them.

I took a car at Sofia airport. The design is fast and professional. The car is new and in good technical condition. I rented it for a week, drove about 1200 km. I returned the car there and just as quickly and without hitches. The deposit amount to the card was refunded instantly (unlike the Sixth, etc.) Thank you very much. I am planning trips to Bulgaria in December and January and will certainly use the services of Top Rent A Car

We were met at Sofia airport, the contract was quickly drawn up, the car was in the parking lot, washed and cleaned. At my request, the previously announced rental period was reduced without any problems. At the end of the lease, they also took the car to another place in Sofia at my request. In general, everything is great. Many thanks to the company!On occasion, I will recommend the company to my friends and I will use it myself with pleasure again.

We took the car for the 4th time. As always, we were satisfied with everything.
Lots of new cars. There is a sufficient number of staff at Sofia airport, so you don't have to stand and wait for the queue to reach you.

I use the services several times a year.
Always a new car, the lowest deposit and adequate prices.
Quite often, they have a new fiesta or toyota that is cheaper than other 5-7-year-old cars.
