To give one star to such an institution is a lot!we signed up for a men's haircut, having previously specified the tool that the master will use and payment methods-in fact:the master does not have the right tool, he gets confused when he takes a hair dryer, then a typewriter. About the payment-a separate case- they could not pay with the phone, the card does not pass the first time!although the administrator assured that everything was working, and she could not answer our complaints!
