An excellent hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. Although the decoration itself is tired, renovation is clearly needed, but the rooms are clean, neat, not very comfortable sockets of European standard and their location, but tolerable. Towels are changed and cleaned as needed every day.
There is a nice and quite deep, cozy pool in the courtyard below. In general, due to this, it is quiet and calm inside, although there is a noisy second line right next to the exit.
The breakfasts are passable, the choice is not amazing, but they even change positions and they have a convenient thing in the form of the fact that they can fry you a fresh omelet or scramble. The coffee is disgusting, just like in all of Thailand.
Another advantage is the inexpensive laundry, polite and pleasant staff. They give towels in any quantity and with them, that is, you can take them to the sea and so on and do not worry about this.
The room has everything you need, shampoo, hair dryer, safe and even an umbrella. Well, there's tea, coffee and water, it's the default.

I took a tour for 14 days, Oct-nbr 24g.
The standard format number, pay attention to this, because I also looked at photos on tripadvisor and reviews on YAK, but the fact turns out to be different, I won't say that it's just unbearable, but it doesn't justify expectations for photos on the Internet.
1. There are no windows in the standard room, from the word at all, you will be in a room without windows, no matter how you look at it, if you, like me, have discomfort from confined spaces, it will be hard.
2. Air conditioning, it is there, you will immediately understand this, because the drain from it occurs in the bathroom, and the smell greets you at the entrance.
3. The water temperature is an important parameter for me, so in this hotel it is standard 22 ° C, I had a meeting with the accompanying tour operator in the morning, I complained, he was sent to the reception, like this is the base.
4. There is breakfast, I won't say that WOW, so is the base, the photo in the attachment, honestly? Norms, without frills, there are no questions here.
5. Coffee during breakfast and orange juice, I conjure you not to drink it, it's very bad, juice with the addition of cucumber marinade from your grandmother, and coffee would be better just not to do it, if you come up and order coffee in a restaurant, it's also bad, but around Cofix, it turns out.
On the positive side, despite the fact that the air conditioner makes noise like your server room, cools well, respectably and quickly, the water pressure, despite the fact that the shower room is combined with a good bathroom, everything will be wet. There is a TV in the room, I brought a flash drive with 20+ movies and this can not but please, because I am a cinemafile and I don't really want to see people, I need rest, but this is not so important, the main idea here is about technological capabilities. Unfortunately, the sockets are loosened like the hollow of a woodpecker who decided not to develop, nevertheless, there are many of them and they work.
Actually, everything, and what did you expect? There is no gym, no entertainment, in the pool (not big), an inflatable duck and an inflatable gate, enough. My tour cost 200k for 14 days, insurance, accommodation, non-stop flight, transfer, breakfast included, everything for 1, draw your own conclusions, good luck to everyone.

We live in a deluxe room on the ground floor. The room is spacious, there is a terrace in front of the entrance + plastic chairs and a table. In room 4! chairs and spacious! wardrobe + 2 tables. The cleaning is excellent. Breakfasts: 6 hot dishes - new every day (sometimes repeated) during the week, the rest is the same everywhere. You can even have a hearty meal for a gourmet. Beach towels at the reception.

I have been here in this hotel 3 times now.
The room was rented with a view of the pool.The hotel has two buildings - the main one and not the main one)).There is an elevator in every building, the breakfasts are monotonous, I took them without breakfast.I just bought a ticket and booked a hotel.The hotel is on the second line , 5 minutes walk to the sea (a leisurely walk in the morning with a hangover).
I recommend taking Deluxe rooms with a view of the pool.
I like the hotel.

Nice hotel!
We lived in a deluxe room in the second building. Everything was fine with us.
1. Large spacious rooms
2. Spacious balcony with large windows
3. The view will be on the roofs (but for us it is not important at all, we can walk to the sea for a beautiful view)
4. Cleaning every day.
4.1 breakfast - we didn't take it, we ate in other places.
5. Friendly staff
6. It is located 15 minutes from the Night Market (where you can have dinner every day), there is a clothing market across the street from the hotel, 7 minutes to the shopping centers of Jang Ceylon and Central.
7. Walk to the beach for 7 minutes (on the beach, you can come with your mats, or rent a sunbed (1-2 lines 200 baht, subsequent lines 100 baht)
There are many exchangers, interesting establishments, massage parlors nearby. It was always convenient to get to all parts of Patong.
If you don't have high expectations, then this hotel will be a good choice. I'll come back again)

We stayed at Tony Resort 3* four times. The hotel is old, but very warm and clean. The cleaning is excellent, the bed is changed often. The air conditioner is a beast, very noisy, but I sleep in earplugs, I'm fine. But you have to get out of bed to turn it off and on, there is no remote control. We always take a deluxe room with a view of the pool or with access to the pool. The breakfasts are delicious, but the same thing gets boring in 14 days. There is free parking, we put a rented car there, you don't worry about it. We hand over the keys at the reception, if you need to re-park, the staff do it themselves. The hotel is well located, everything is within walking distance, but inside it is quiet, the birds are singing. We take the beach towels in the morning and return them in the evening. As many people have contacted the reception, they will always help.

Don't take the standard room!!! You will be accommodated under the roof, where all the air conditioners of the building are hanging. It's going to be hot and noisy. There is no normal window in this room, only a prison window by the door. The second option of the standard room is a small room by the elevator, it is the only one on the floor. At first, we were settled in the first option, where the toilet was leaking, furniture and all the furniture had been killed for years. We quarreled with the administration. As a result, the toilet was repaired and promised to be relocated in 2 days. Two days later we moved into a small standard room by the elevator, but with a window. Therefore, if you do not want such problems, consider only superior rooms (deluxe). All photos from room 501 (under the roof). The hotel itself is not bad, the breakfasts are excellent, the beach is dirty, we went to Karon for 100 b/ person in one direction or went to the northern part of the local beach.

I stayed at the hotel with my wife from 06.112.019 to 11/19/2019, clean, cozy hotel ,friendly staff,lived on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool, cleaned every day, the hotel is quiet after a noisy street. Banglo Row, Patong beach is within walking distance, although the food in the dining room is monotonous, but high-quality, it is decent for 3, you will not be hungry on makashnitsa Street, cafes.We liked it!
