Cons: it's stuffy in the place of tables and sofas, and when you open the door from the street, marginal personalities can come to visit. The bath attendant is an elderly man who, for the most part, does not care about anything . There is no separate locker room, it is combined with a laundry room. It's not super clean either.

According to the photo, it's a good sauna, but in reality everything looks much more shabby.
The main disadvantages:
- a very unfriendly gloomy attendant, who had to be knocked and called, despite the fact that we arrived at the appointed time and called him in advance.
He opened the door and let us in with such a face, as if we had personally arrived at his house and he had not invited us. I was dealing with passive aggression. Besides, it was smoky on the way, and it's right outside the door at the entrance to the sauna. Maybe it's okay for someone, but I can't stand the smell.
- the floors were cleaned terribly, it's obvious that they were dragged with a dirty rag.
- steam room: a terrible metal mesh, behind which there is a lot of foliage, plus the electric heater itself with stones is not covered with wood at all. This device "stank" with searing infrared heat, as if you were on a grill (whoever is in the subject will understand) which ruined the whole stay in the steam room. And yes - you can not pour water on the stones, only on dry!
- padded seat boards
- we talked about hats in advance, discussed a few days before arrival: as a result, I searched for half an hour, went to other steam rooms, collected ...
- karaoke was stated in the service, again discussed in advance. As a result, "I don't mean that the one who promised you, the one you talked to, is fired!" Later, he brought a Bluetooth speaker the size of a half-liter bottle with a microphone on a cord - sing! To hell with it, but the speaker ran out of battery after 20 minutes!
- billiards: tolerable for a sauna, but as long as the balls are of any number, plus there are badly chipped, some pockets are full of holes, the balls fly to the floor. do not seriously play. Just for the show of pampering.
- pool: the tiles are old, chipped in places. But, there is an appearance of some kind of water circulation, I was previously told that it was with filtration and heating. I want to believe that the water was pleasant and clean.
Make your own conclusions, but we personally will not go there with our company anymore, the bathhouse is not worth the money. With such a price list, I would like to see at least new plumbing, high-quality training, and a protective wooden screen in the steam room instead of a chain link.

We visited this sauna in August 2024. Immediately, the impression was normal. I liked that there was a lot of space, a large swimming pool. Unfortunately, the advantages ended there. The sauna itself is very small, but that's okay. There was garbage, dry leaves, etc. lying around the shadows on the floor. The floor was probably not cleaned for half a year. It was uncomfortable in the sauna, it just burned the skin. At the same time, there is a gap under the door, there is no hole. The door does not reach the floor by 10 centimeters. The door is so dirty that there is no trace of its transparency. There was a fried sausage lying outside the door, where I understood it was possible to smoke. In general, the room is good, but the sauna itself is terrible.

NOT FOR RECREATION! We visited this place on 08.09.24. The entrance turned out to be not where it is indicated on Yandex maps.There is no reception desk. They warn you to take only cash with you. There is one price on the site, then another is called.We booked a small area for 2. We arrived 10 minutes later.I was met by a man with the words 'why do you need a phone to play with toys?.I've already made arrangements with other people." He lectured in full like schoolchildren with my inserts about customer orientation and the fact that we can go to another place without any problems and then said, "Okay, let's go."
The sanitation is complete. Dirt, plaque.The water is cloudy in the declared pool (1* 1.5 in which you can stand and that's it). The bath is dry, it only burns.

We visited a small sauna. The owner is incompetent. Firstly, the price was higher than indicated on the website. Secondly, the terrible condition of the sauna:
It is dirty everywhere, everywhere. There was a feeling that there were no cockroaches removed from the construction of the sauna.
It was scary to climb into the pool, as it was cold and uncleaned. I think you can pick up something from previous visitors 100%.
We sat in the sauna itself 3 times for 1.5 minutes, because you can't sit at this temperature anymore.

It doesn't make much sense to come earlier than the appointed time, they will clean up if you are with children, ask the pool to be warmer in advance. On weekdays, the price is lower and the sauna is rested. For their own purposes, quite for their own money! Only the birch broom is not very favored, but it is in almost all saunas.

He allows himself to go to the toilet to fill the kettle with water. When they asked for a broom, he said that we didn't need it because he had a lot of cleaning after the broom. The worst sauna we've ever been to. The staff (a man who worked from July 24 to 25, 2021) is rude and does not respect personal boundaries, communicates in raised tones with insults. The sauna itself is old and flabby, only the sauna is normal. There are no dishes, a kettle and karaoke, one cue in the billiard room and the balls are kind of battered... When asked if there is a mini-jack cord to turn on your music on an old TV, I was answered rudely that we did not come to a disco here. I strongly recommend firing an employee who insults and yells at his clients. DISGUST AND SHAME.

It is relatively clean and tidy, spacious, a good pool with warm water, a steam room with an optimal temperature (although nothing can be poured on the stones), a billiard pool, a comfortable corner for a comfortable rest. In general, I liked it, we were with friends for 2 hours - the time flew by unnoticed, we need to take 3. For families with children, I think it will also work (a warm pool).
I would advise the owners to change the water in the pool more often, and put new watering cans on the shower, otherwise the water pours in all directions, just not on you :-)
