It is not known which spare parts are supplied, the old ones are not given away. What kind of oil is poured is a lottery. The price tag is announced from a fool- for oil and filter replacement for one car is different all the time. Well, the specialists, to put it mildly, are so-so.
I do not advise you to contact here. I gave the car away, the verdict of these "masters" is to replace the engine, which they quite accidentally have, they will do everything in 2000. Leave it. In their opinion, my engine does not keep compression at all. I gave them 115 rubles in December 2020 for this "diagnosis".
I went to another service station, measured the compression, and lo and behold, it is normal, but there is no sensor on the turbine, of course, after replacing the penny sensor, the car went as it should.

The manager is rude and claims that the client is to blame for everything, although it is their job to identify the cause of the malfunction, and not to change everything in a row, ripping off money for every little thing. I came to them for the first and last time and I do not recommend anyone to contact them. Prices are above average in Minsk, the level of service is low, and you probably haven't heard about customer orientation at all.

And they announced the amount for additional repairs - from 500 rubles!! Come and do it!!! LAWLESSNESS! I returned to the service station for the proceedings. I left a review in the book of complaints and suggestions. The employee said, "What do you want, you should have repaired the generator right away. We fixed the starter." And why did they repair the starter if the car still won't start?! So, already at the diagnostic stage, their vaunted specialists showed themselves to be mechanics, incompetent, to put it mildly! They refused to give the director's work phone number. I left feedback on social networks, and wrote an appeal to the director there and by e-mail. All my comments were immediately deleted, I was blacklisted!! That's what I understand, taking care of the company's image!!! How low and ugly it is. And on their official website they pour into their ears that oh how they take care of their name and do everything to make the client happy! I'm going to go to court, and before that I plan to conduct an independent examination of the car and get an official opinion.
