Mixed impressions:
I had an MRI scan, I liked everything, politely, clearly, quickly! That's why I chose this center for another specialist's next visit.
I came to the center to visit a mammologist-oncologist and was surprised and upset by how the doctor behaved and how she talked to me. A week before the appointment, I did an ultrasound, and on the appointed day I arrived for an initial appointment with a mammologist oncologist for a consultation. Unfortunately, I am not a doctor, I did not know what to do ultrasound at this initial appointment with this doctor, so when I signed up, I said that I had an ultrasound a week ago and there was no need for an ultrasound. To which they replied, yes, it was good and they made an appointment, but at the reception the doctor scolded me that I only made an appointment for a consultation without an ultrasound. In my understanding, if this is prohibited, then I should have been refused immediately during the recording and told that the initial appointment was only with ultrasound, if not satisfied, then I'm sorry. Or the doctor could offer to do an ultrasound in the office during the appointment and notify about the additional payment. That's what I expected, it's often done in other centers.

Unfortunately, there were negative impressions from communicating with the administrator.
I called on 7.06.24 at 11:56 by phone +37533 395 32 32 to clarify the characteristics of the MRI machine and the duration of the procedure. The receptionist communicated politely at first glance, but unkindly. She misled me about the diameter of the circle (the pipe where the subject is placed) and did not even apologize. There was an unpleasant aftertaste after communication. I would have turned a blind eye to this if the medical center did not have such a high rating. This is unacceptable for 5 stars.

You must be ready to confirm your appointment a day before the appointment. If you are going to have a long flight or any other event during which you will not be able to be in touch, it is better to call the center yourself and let them know that you will definitely be there.

I categorically do not recommend the oncologist-mammologist Makarchuk Marina Albertovna. The reception left a twofold impression. On the one hand, the doctor performed the ultrasound well, told me everything. On the other hand, despite the fact that the doctor said that everything was fine, she prescribed a bunch of dietary supplements that need to be bought at the Green Pharmacy in the department store "Belarus". A complete divorce for money.
2 out of 5 supplements (lycomast and masto guard) generally have exactly the same composition and must be taken at the same time. Why do I need to assign 2 identical cans with different names?The active ingredient in them is obtained from tomatoes. And they also contain vitamins, including vitamin A, which is contraindicated for pregnant women and those planning pregnancy. I told the doctor that I was planning a pregnancy. That is, these appointments could still do harm.
Conclusion: ultrasound can be done from this specialist, but do not take a consultation in any case. Not only will you get a divorce for money, but you can also hurt yourself.

Consultation of Kanunnikova Maria Viktorovna "neurologist" 30 minutes-60p waiting 15 minutes, although the administrator warned about 5 minutes. Well, okay, you can wait, especially a good center, for sure, and the doctors are very qualified, I thought, but my thoughts disappeared after I entered the office. It feels like I'm a psychologist, I came to Kanunnikova-this is a patient, to consult. A nightmare, the doctor was only worried about her mental state and she just needed to be listened to, for someone else's money!!! I am outraged. It's not my problem that you have problems with records and your dramas at work and it's not very professional and at least not nice to discuss your clients with other clients. I came to get a clear, competent consultation, and not this bazaar that was..deal with this issue, otherwise you will not have new regular customers, you will definitely not have me anymore...

I was in this center twice for consultations with the neurologist Rovdo S.E. For the first time everything was fine, the doctor prescribed treatment and physiotherapy. In addition to physiotherapy, I drank the whole course of drugs, unfortunately there was no result, I told the doctor about this, without complaints, at the second appointment, apparently she did not like it very much, she accused me of not having passed physiotherapy, that when I was ill I did not take it correctly painkillers. With all her actions , the specialist showed her dissatisfaction with my arrival . At the end of the consultation, the doctor measured my pressure with a faulty pressure gauge, in which the arrow on the pressure gauge did not drop to zero division, but "hung" on the number 20. The doctor told me that there was a problem with the tanometer and still continued to measure my blood pressure. After the consultation, I did not say anything to the administrator, because I felt bad and wanted to go home faster. I left my review about visiting the center on their website and of course it was not published, apparently so as not to spoil the statistics because there were some enthusiastic reviews. I will not recommend anyone to contact the Tomography medical center for help, for my own money I received a boorish attitude towards myself and accusations against myself.

Good center, convenient from the metro. They recorded me through a chat on the website, they called me a day later and confirmed the recording. I did an OMT ultrasound with Dr. Alexandra Guseva. The doctor communicated very politely, explained everything. During the ultrasound, everything was broadcast on the big screen so that I could watch it too! I haven't seen this anywhere else) and the cost is acceptable, at least not more expensive than in a gynecological hospital

Персонал медицинского центра приятный, все быстро оформили. Ожидание приема к врачу в небольшом холле, можно перед приемом настроиться посидеть на мягких диванчиках. Врач выходит и вызывает на прием. Обращалась по поводу хруста и болей в коленном суставе к врачу ортопеду, осталась довольна консультацией, мне понадобилось их сделать две и провести дополнительно исследования. Диагноз установили, дали определенные рекомендации, врач немного успокоил и есть теперь понимание что у тебя и что с этим делать. Спасибо большое 🙏

Сложилось неоднозначное впечатление о мед.центре.
Внутри чисто, красиво, приятно находиться. Девушки на ресепшн доброжелательные и внимательные, отвечали на все вопросы. Удачно для меня в центре оказалось окошко на МРТ день в день, и так как оно осталось видимо невостребованным, предложили по "ночной" цене, хотя обследование было вечером.
МРТ проходила впервые - сравнить не с чем, для пациента выделена кабинка для переодевания, выдают одноразовую одежду.
Диск выдали сразу, заключение врача по результатам исследования ждать в течение суток, но, со слов администратора, приходит как правило раньше. И на моё удивление оно пришло на почту сразу же, примерно через полчаса после исследования.
На почту приходит в виде pdf-файла, оригинал можно забрать в центре на след.день.
Неоднозначность вызвал врач данного центра.
Перед МРТ была на приеме у невролога Брель Натальи Викторовны, и честно говоря словила полнейший ступор.
Прием длился ровно 10 минут. Начав объяснять проблему, с которой обращаюсь, врач не стала слушать, просто перебила, уточняя в каком отделе позвоночника у меня проблемы.
Далее врач говорила всё быстро и невнятно, когда я переспрашивала - закатывала глаза и вздыхала. "Сядьте-повернитесь-станьте ровно" - отдавала команды и крутила меня как юлу так быстро, что я даже не всегда понимала, что происходит вообще. Врач куда-то спешила? Или побыстрее хотела освободиться?
При осмотре на кушетке я неоднократно пыталась показать и объяснить, где конкретно испытываю дискомфорт - врач буквально на втором слове меня обрывала, ни разу не дослушав. В итоге, ни разу не спросила, на что у меня жалоба. Не озвучила ни, например, предварительный диагноз, ни возможные причины моей жалобы. Распечатала бумагу и единственное, на что обратила внимание - прийти к ней на повторный прием после прохождения МРТ.
Врач, проводивший само МРТ (фамилию, к сожалению, не знаю), оказалось абсолютной противоположностью. Задала много уточняющих вопросов, спросила причину необходимости прохождения МРТ, ответила на все мои вопросы, касающиеся хода процедуры. Уточнила в ходе исследования по радиосвязи, не нужно ли приостановить процедуру, так как перед мрт мною были озвучено о возможном дискомфорте находиться полчаса неподвижно в одном положении.
На данный момент данный центр порекомендовала бы только к прохождению МРТ.
