The restaurant is on the 16th floor, so the panoramic view of the city is fascinating! Breakfast in the form of a buffet: juices and tea, coffee; sliced meat and cheese; raw and stewed vegetables, various pastries, omelets, and national goodies!! Two halls and a bar.
