The only advantage is the location of the hotel. The rest are solid disadvantages. Tiny rooms where you can't turn around. There are high steps on the stairs, which are so narrow that it is impossible to climb with a bag or suitcase. The breakfasts are the same, it's a loaf of bread, eggs, a couple of olives, butter and jam. A very small hotel, however, the price justifies.
