I ordered sushi seth Yasui. I really liked both the price and the taste. Everything was fresh, soft and pleasant to the taste. We took it for three people - everyone liked everything. It's all fire. It was delivered 20 minutes earlier. I recommend ordering at least once and making sure for yourself that they cook deliciously. A separate respect for the drier!

The order was placed at 7 p.m., the operator called back and said that it would be delivered in 1h50min or 2h, as soon as possible. It took 2 hours and 5 minutes, the order was not delivered. We contacted the manager, to which she replied that the order is ready, we are waiting for the courier, they will be delivered within 20 minutes, as a result, 40 minutes pass, there is no order. We call again, the manager calls us back at 21:45 and says that the courier has just left for us. As a change to the order, 2 glasses were added. After such a delivery, there is no desire to try anything anymore, the mood is spoiled. Next time, I'll think 10 times before placing an order with them again.

After the specified time of receipt of delivery, she did not arrive for more than 1.5 hours, with each call to the restaurant with a frequency of 20-30 minutes, they promised to bring her in 10, then 20 minutes, and then another 10. As a result, I contacted Yandex support, which tried to contact the restaurant, but the restaurant did not get in touch, in the flesh before it closed. The gift to a loved one was ruined. And I had to cancel the order.

Alas and ah! One big disappointment! We ordered sushi in the summer, we liked everything, they were delicious, neat, decorated with micro greens and delivered quickly. When we chose delivery today, all the reviews from toko sushi are good, we ordered it, and we regretted it, it's a complete trash! Firstly, we ordered at 21:45, and the order was delivered at 23:55, which is more than two hours!!! Although the website says delivery within an hour. Secondly, after completing the application, no one called us, we had to call ourselves after 10 minutes and clarify if they saw our order. And we paid immediately. And we live in the center, very close to their office. As a result, we waited for the order by 12 at night. An order for 93 rubles, there is also a special offer on the website that when ordering from 85 rubles, a roll as a gift. We didn't get a gift. I wonder why? And now for the quality. The rolls are twisted "to pieces", falling apart even before you touch them. There is no decoration, as last time, and there is no trace. And questions to taste. The rice is not seasoned, bland, so there are no rolls. Miso soup tastes normal, but compared to the photos from the site, it looks much worse, but Tom yam is whatever. What color, what taste are not the same as they should be. What is a squid anchorage anyway??? It's raw, not muddy, compared to the photos on the site, it's heaven and earth! And this dish was absolutely cold! It's good that the soups and wok were warm. By the way, the wok is also kind of tasteless. And the baked roll tastes weird too. I am attaching a photo.
I have a big question about this delivery. What was that all about? If you can't cope with the cooking time and the quality of the product, then don't take so many orders! Or change your co-workers to those who care about the quality of the product! It would have been better if they had refused us right away! Why spoil your rating and spoil the mood of your customers??? Either do your job well or don't do it at all! We waited for more than two hours, but we didn't get upset, because we were looking forward to delicious food and weren't going to sleep yet, but in fact our appetite simply disappeared from such a quality of food and attitude to customers. By the way, there were no napkins in the bags, it's good that at least the spoons and chopsticks are in place. And another question about the quantity of wasabi and ginger with soy sauce. Why is there only one set of add-ons for the entire order? I don't think the company will go bankrupt from this. I don't understand why there are so many rave reviews, or is it just us who are so unlucky? I spread my hands, there are no words, I do not recommend this delivery to anyone and we will never contact them again!
