Tohir is one of the good hotels, with an acceptable Internet connection, with a magnificent garden with gazebos. Rooms on the 1st floor with a refrigerator, a mini-kitchen. Comfortable, spacious. The only disadvantage is that the location is just outside the city and there is no market or food nearby within walking distance. But, the restaurant at the hotel is quite decent, good cuisine with local flavor

Kulyab is the best hotel for a small remote town. The disadvantage is the location on the outskirts of the city, you need to get to the center and the market by taxi. The staff speaks almost no Russian.
