Here you will find a "live menu" - this is the waiter, he will announce the list of dishes, which is small, he will quickly take the order and it will be prepared for you quickly.
Our idol is a solid-sized lamb loin shish kebab, very gently cooked over coals , sometimes called Caucasian shish kebab .
Since we often travel between cities, we are regulars here. It is this particular dining room that I do not strictly judge, despite the internal conflict over cleanliness ( which is very important to me) , because the taste of shish kebab compensates for these disadvantages .
Also , I just take my appliances and tea cups with me on the road .
