I liked the hotel, we were all inclusive in September 2023, the water park is included in the price. The food is delicious and a lot, every day for dinner there is a different cuisine, rolls, Mexican, fish day, etc. Animation in Russian and English. The hotel was mostly English. Of the Russian speakers, there was a girl from animation and a couple from Georgia, as well as a family from Israel. Every evening there is children's animation and show programs. The room had a large glass balcony overlooking the pool, and the sea was visible a little. As for the beach, you need to go downhill for 10 minutes. Then it's hard to climb back up. This is the only disadvantage for me personally, although the road to the sea is all green and beautiful.And the hotel itself is great. The water park is not big, sometimes we went. The drinks included cocktails, beer, and wine for free. Self-service at lunch, you can pour wine and beer yourself. Local drinks, gin, rum... There was a variety of ice cream for lunch and a mini popsicle. I had to go to the pharmacy because there was a lot of food and I wanted to try everything) and my stomach couldn't cope. Take with you mezim, who likes to eat, because I am.

Great hotel. Clear. Friendly staff, delicious food! In Cyprus (actually in Ayia Napa) 9 times, always in different hotels and here's what I'll tell you about Tofinis: its biggest drawback (and it's the only one) is its location, on the edge of the village, maybe it will be a plus for someone, but there is no normal beach nearby, the most close-walk through the hotels for 7 minutes, but the beach itself is not very big, with large stones (not sharp, but like slabs in the sea), small, a lot of algae (but it most likely depends on the season, we were at the junction of June-July), one cafe from the hotel and that's it! You can walk to the center, it's about 30 minutes, you can take a bus for 1.5 💶, you can also take a bus to Nisi Beach, and in general to the water park, there is the final one. We took a car and mostly went swimming in Protaras to the beach of Fik, who would like something. The evening promenade is great! To the left of the hotel there is a walking trail, the views are super, there are few people, 300 meters from the "bridge of love")), etc. just above the cactus park, etc. Well, the hotel itself, as I wrote above, is a great place to relax for all ages! The food is just very tasty, varied, everyone will find for themselves and will not stay hungry, we took breakfast and dinner, because we were with a "child" (14 years old) we saved enough, because a cafe has 1 dish from 12 euros, and a child can try a lot of them until he finds the right one, and finish eating after him Cypriot portions are unrealistic. Summary-the food at the hotel is excellent!!!! Our room was superior, on the corner of the building itself, with a huge balcony and sea view, everything was clean in the room itself, the air conditioner worked flawlessly, the cleaning was good. Also, for 25 euros at the hotel, you can buy yourself an all inclusive, with a visit to the water park, which is new and very good, for yuppie drinks, beer and wine, the food is excellent, as I said! The hotel is recommended to visit!!! This is my assessment, as a person who has visited Cyprus for the 9th time. Well, Cyprus itself is already native to us, for all the times we have been many places, even on Turkish territory, and in the mountains, and in general we rode from Famagusta to the font of Aphrodite (not to be confused with the place where, according to legend, she came out of the sea foam, and where she restored "innocence"))) It's from the Pathos up! At the hotel for the 5th time. A very nice hotel. excellent location from the center and the sea. The center is a 20-minute walk away. Sea 2 line, cross the road and go down the stairs. Wonderful sea, transparent, turquoise, golden sand, in this place and to the Melissa hotel there are no stones. The beach is beautiful, people come here from other hotels. No algae. The Wi-Fi is very good in the room. There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff in 2021. The cuisine is beyond praise, every evening there is a themed dinner. The flight on the day of departure was postponed to the evening, the room was extended. The prices are not affordable. Up to 18 hours 50 euros, up to 20 hours 100 euros, and then I don't even know. A great cozy hotel! The sea is 3-4 minutes away. There are many shops nearby. Polite staff (the family dynasty of the hotel owners is felt). Cleaning is daily, the food is good. And plus Delicious food, daily room cleaning, towel change on demand. When problems with the sink were detected (the water did not leave), they were eliminated within an hour after treatment. We were a family (dad, mom, daughter) for a week in October 2021. We arrived late at night, met lunch with boxes, quickly placed, taking into account the wishes left at the travel agency. Clean, cozy.
The hotel is located on the second line, on the outskirts of Ayanapa (about 2 km to the center and it's good if you don't need night parties) next to the beautiful Melissi beach. A good location.
Breakfast and dinner were included. A good choice. Every day there is a different cuisine: European, Mexican, etc., although for a week, then it repeats according to the schedule. The disadvantage is that there are paid drinks at dinner.
At this time, the pool is colder than the sea - you won't swim for a long time. There is no entertainment for older children (7-12). There was an evening animation for kids and a show program (magic tricks, like there was a disco, but we didn't get there) for everyone.
Our hotel and staff rested for four out of five.

Straight to the cons:
Room cleaning, it couldn't be worse!!!
To change the linen, I had to go to the reception every 3-4 days.
To the gym with passes, like, because of the crown. They said at the reception, go to the bar to drink instead of sports, it's safe there.
There is no animation for children, there is 1 rest and 2 bars. There is nothing to do at the hotel.
I don't know how it was before and how much it cost, but after paying 400 thousand for 2 weeks, I would like the service.
And it's noisy, even though the hotel is located away from the street of clubs. In one wing, the kondei blocks work so that there is a buzz in the ears at night, in the other, the sounds of a disco can be heard until 3 am.
On the plus side: the food is normal. There are no questions about the restaurant.
We checked in at 10 a.m.

Everything is very good for a 4* hotel. I arrived only for the night - I was checked in earlier. The room is spacious (1005) on the ground floor. The view is so-so, on the neighboring hotel. But there is a large balcony where you can smoke.
I went only for dinner, the choice of food is large, several types of meat and offal, side dishes of several types. Drinks for an additional fee - 0.5 beer came out at 1.5 euros
The beach is a 5-minute walk (back longer) downhill, sandy, small. Rent a chaise longue, an umbrella and a safe deposit box where you can leave valuables, all for 2.5 euros. There is a bar with cocktails for 6.5 euros longs.
There is a park of figures next to the hotel, it is large, it has not bypassed everything, but in general the exposition is about tits and pussy in a futuristic image.
I didn't swim in the pool, but it's medium-sized.
There is a good fish restaurant nearby. A grocery store combined with magnets, caps, flip-flops, etc.

The hotel is 3 stars. It is located on the very outskirts of Ayia Napa. The main problem is dirt. It's dirty everywhere - cups, wrappers and other garbage are constantly floating in the pool. The rooms are cleaned so that in the end it's just a wet floor with crumbs of hair smeared on it and everything else that was on it before the start of the "cleaning". There is dirt, garbage and constantly running water on the territory of the hotel (which is not really there, only the pool area). The food in the restaurant is mediocre, the children's menu is nuggets and fries every day. The staff is not particularly polite, the request to peel an apple for a child was met with surprise - why don't I do it myself with a table (by the way, a blunt) knife. The descent to the sea is difficult, from the slide without a shadow on different stairs, it takes 10 minutes to walk, the return ascent is even harder, it will be unacceptable for the elderly. During the pandemic, I trusted the operator for the first time when choosing a hotel, I will never make such a mistake again. This hotel cannot be offered to tourists, especially with children.

The hotel is almost 4 stars. Great location, wonderful view from the large balcony. There are slippers, a clothes dryer, a kettle with cups. I received a birthday cake with congratulations. Most of the staff speaks Russian. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach, 15-20 minutes to the center. Nearby is a wonderful, inexpensive tavern with a varied menu and good coffee.
I did not like: noise from the street at night (garbage trucks, buses, etc.); 2 euros per day for a refrigerator! a safe is also 2 euros, a beach towel is 2 euros at a time- in my opinion, for a 4-star hotel this is a slob. The staff, as a rule, is Russian-speaking or knows the basic phrases associated with work in the service sector and the provision of services. You will not remain misunderstood!
I'll probably start with the number. Clean, spacious, there is air conditioning, a safe, a refrigerator with a mini-bar (If you do not have an All inclusive, then a safe and a bar, as an additional service, costs 1.5-2 Euros).
The room service is satisfactory, if you leave a tip (~ 1 Euro), then the quality of cleaning increases significantly! (The bubbles with gels and creams are updated, plus clean and fresh towels).
Reception. They will help and advise on any issue related to the hotel and services, if they don't know something, they will tell you who to contact, in my case it was the curator from Biblio-Globus Sergey.
If you are flying on a voucher, then as a rule, the next day you have a meeting with the curator, who will arrange an introductory tour of the hotel for you, as well as at the end will offer: excursions, tours, car rental, etc. Prices are inflated from 3 to 100 euros or more! You can buy all this on the side, there is practically no difference, for comparison, take a walk around the city, go to various agencies and make sure that the booklets are the same everywhere.
Important! Don't get fooled by stories about scary entrepreneurs who just want to cheat you and rip off more money! On the contrary, they are very loyal to our brother, and always go to a meeting.
Kitchen. Manufactured and semi-finished products, rubber vegetables and fruits, and tasteless, resemble Russian ones, desserts are sugary, the hot is mostly overcooked and high-calorie. The juices are sugary, I took only wine from alcohol, it tastes no different from cheap, store-bought, a large selection of sauces!
The waiters work quickly, you will not sit with a mountain of plates, they will also come to you and offer drinks, so you will not have to go and look for a bar.
This is purely my opinion, as they say, "taste and color ..."
Live music is played every Friday evening, and there is also a show program. Animators work for children every evening, but they are English-speaking, the music is loud, you can't sit still for a long time, but the children like it.
The hotel has two significant advantages! First, it is located on the outskirts, at a relative distance from the main urban bustle. The second is that the hotel is family-run, so there is an extremely low probability of meeting gulbans, all actions of an aggressive and inappropriate nature are quickly suppressed, and the police are called for the particularly violent, plus all this is accompanied by significant fines!
The sea is 4 minutes away, the beach is clean and spacious, there is a place to swim and something to see. the city center is 10-15 minutes away, and the amusement park is 5-7 minutes away.
In general, everything is pretty good for 4 stars.
