I contacted the store about the replacement of low-quality goods. After wearing a brown suit for less than 4 weeks, rusty orange spots appeared in the armpit area (which is strange, because I have another suit from this company, which is worn just great). I contacted the director, who promptly and politely solved my problem by replacing the product. But one of the consultants, when replacing the suit, behaved as if I had personally offended or offended her in some way, constantly repeating the phrase: "Only you came with such a problem, everything was always fine with everyone!". She answered my questions about costumes simply with "I don't know." When I chose a replacement suit, she advised with undisguised contempt not to spray deodorant on the suit (as if anyone does that at all). And when I asked about the check, she flared up with the phrase: "What, do you want to try out another costume?!?!?".
In general, the conclusion is as follows:
The product is good.
Management - promptly solves emerging issues and problems. They are very pleasant, interested and polite in communication.
The staff of the shops are also very pleasant in general, but with one HUGE exception, in the form of one particular consultant of Balzac's age.
