Hello! I want to thank a wonderful osteopath, a great professional in her field, Alyona Pukhova! I went to the Point of Health center because of pain in my legs. Over the course of two years, I visited 5 orthopedic trauma doctors and there was no relief, I went through many UHT sessions, various physiotherapy procedures, ointments, pills ... The diagnosis is Achilles tendon enthesopathy. I wore sneakers with orthopedic insoles even at home. To be honest, there were no great hopes for osteopathy anymore. But, having fallen into the hands of Alyona, after 2 sessions it became easier for me. I was slowly seeing the result every day. I honestly followed and follow all the recommendations, I do the exercises that Alyona picked up. Yes, in my case, the recovery is slow, but the difference is huge! I walk barefoot on the floor! There is lightness and flexibility in the feet!

I rarely write reviews, but in this case I decided to share my impressions of the session with osteopath Olga Makatun. I would like to express my gratitude to the professional who finally managed to completely relax me and disconnect my head from thoughts about work. The request was for a neck clamp and a slit clamp. I feel the effect from the first session. I flew away almost from the first touch, relaxing music also helps me, I sailed home in some kind of euphoria. I don't fully understand how it works when my toes are touched, but the effect is felt in my head at the moment. A miracle of technology, a miracle specialist!

Hello. We turned to osteopath Alyona with a child about scoliosis and knee pain under certain loads. After the first session, the knee pain went away, and after the second session, the child was able to fully train in the sports section. After three sessions, improvements in posture became noticeable: the body became more symmetrical, the shoulder blades stick out less. Alyona gave recommendations on exercises that are worth paying attention to in our case.
The child went to the sessions with joy, came out relaxed and satisfied. Alyona is a competent specialist and a pleasant person to talk to, she answered all my questions. We are very pleased with the results and will definitely come to the sessions with this specialist.
