An excellent complex. All the best in one place: restaurant, hotel, spa, summer terrace. I especially like the summer terrace, it's gorgeous! Beautiful landscaping, wooden gazebos. You can talk about the kitchen for a long time. I love fish dishes, they're great here. I've been here 4 times and never had a moment to put at least some other restaurant in the first place. Tobol is love!

Clean, beautiful, the waitress girl tried very hard! The restaurant was empty on Saturday evening. We sat in the summer house, gave blankets, which was very pleasant. I would like to write a great kitchen, but it is ordinary for a price above average. The kebab maker left early, they couldn't order the lamb. And the Tobol beer was sour, they don't keep anything else. Guys, the competition has to be competitive!

Contrary to the opinion of many, the service is at zero, we were the only guests, we can't wait for the waiter, we can't make a separate bill for all the guests. The snacks are all frozen. Moreover, they were already defrosting on our table. They ordered a hookah, brought it, threw it and left, didn't really buy it, and after that they never asked if everything was okay or if it was bitter. I was very ashamed in front of invited friends for such a service.

It's a mediocre place, although the locals say it's good, I don't understand why. Breakfast is very poor. There is no elevator and things must be carried by hand to the floor (they can help when checking in). The bathrooms in the rooms are sad, the taps in the showers are flowing. There is no need to take rooms with a window inside at all, all the noise from the restaurant will be in your room

The rooms are clean and spacious. Friendly staff. There is a fitness center, a spa and a swimming pool.(included in the price). There are rooms for smokers. A delicious restaurant and a nice bar with a summer terrace and an indoor bar with a huge screen where you can smoke!!!Normal breakfasts. There is no elevator, but they help with luggage. The only noticeable disadvantage is problems with hot water in the shower during the morning rush hour.

A good complex. The exterior is nondescript, giving a strong contrast to the filling. In general, the standard hotel is 3-4 stars. A hall for 150-200 people. The club atmosphere of the location itself and the event I placed. I didn't get to the spa, but the reviews are great.

The kitchen is delicious.... but the staff is generally out!!!! The exception is the waitress Lyuba ... She 's just a special... knows everything you need and brings dishes !!!! The rest are just terrible .... they brought a spoon to the salad ....))))!!!! This is not a joke.... yes.... yes, it is a spoon!!!! They replied to the outrage.... that we always serve them with salads!!! Napkins are not brought to the hotel room for orders.... you have to wait for 50 minutes ... !!!! It 's just awful !!!!!

I had a chance to visit the city of Kostanay.
A friend invited us to this restaurant. We celebrated the meeting in the hunting hall. A gorgeous dastarkhan was set. I really liked the cuisine - a variety of dishes, everything is very tasty. And the design of the hall is interesting. There is a karaoke area. Pleasant and attentive staff. The only drawback is that there is no button to call the waiters. Since the hall is located on the second floor, it is not very convenient to call with a voice all the time looking out the door.
I was satisfied.

I travel a lot, I see a lot of hotels. Of course, this hotel is NOT 4 stars, for sure. He is "tired" and deserves 3 stars, but obviously not higher. The towels are already washed, the watering cans in the shower flow from wherever they have to, the floor is broken. Photo below.
But the Breakfasts and the staff serving there are so much trouble. 10 minutes before the end, they began to remove the tablecloths, the buffet is not even three stars, there are 2 with a stretch. Photo below. And they don't report anything. But the clear message is THAT WE ARE SPLITTING UP COMRADES😆
If there is an alternative, think about it. It is a pity that the hotel management does not read this. Since I looked at last year's reviews, everything is the same.
