This is the first time we have used this service for a car rental in Minsk. We rented a very comfortable BMW for the short and long trips we made in a thirty day period. The service was fantastic, prompt and efficient. The worker whom presented the car to us was honest and considerate of our needs. Highly recommended, and we will use them again for sure.

A great company, we took the Chevrolet cruze 2017, very pleasant staff, answered all questions in detail.
It was nice that the car was brought to the station for a very small fee and was also handed over at the station, plus the guys took it to the car wash themselves.
We got a clean car, a full tank and there was not a single problem with it for 1000 km.
I recommend a rental company to Dann, we will travel around Belarus again, we will definitely contact here!

During a week and a half of vacation in Minsk, three cars were consistently rented in To Car - Geely Emgrand X7, Hyundai Solaris and Chevrolet Trax. All three are on automatic transmission. Frankly, I rented a car for the first time, I turned to them, since they were within walking distance from our place of residence, plus of course I looked at the reviews about them beforehand, most of which are positive. And deservedly positive! We called the day before, I dropped a photo of my passport and driver's license on WhatsApp, as a result, when I came to their office, all the registration took about ten minutes at most. They give the car clean and with a full tank, with a full tank it needs to be returned, since the gas station is 100 meters around the corner. I paid by bank transfer (MIR bank card). The deposit (for me it amounted to 10 thousand Russian rubles) was given in cash, it is returned immediately after the delivery of the car.
There were no questions about the technical condition of the rented cars, except that the first car (Geely Emgrand X7) had a receipt burning, but I was assured that this was normal for this particular car. Each car had a phone holder, which is an undoubted advantage, since you usually travel by car using a navigator. During the reverse acceptance, they "did not dig into the details" (a slightly dusty car, a small run, etc.). In general, summing up, I want to say that the guys are prompt and very adequate. Only positive emotions remained from cooperation with them.
P.S.
I advise everyone, still, if possible, book a car in advance, since there are only a few cars available "in season". Of course, the guys will pick up something, but this may not be the best option for you, for example, a business class car, which, accordingly, will cost twice as much as a housekeeper.

I rented a car for the first time in my life. I was a little worried, but everything went well, the rental employee was polite and friendly. I explained everything calmly, quickly, within 15 minutes, we signed a contract, examined the car (Nissan Almera on mechanics).
There were no complaints about the car, everything is in good condition. Upon returning, I handed over the car in about five minutes, also without any problems. Rented a Nissan Almera automatic transmission
for 3 days. I was satisfied with the car. It is convenient that you could pay with the World card. I left the deposit in Russian money. They are given away when the car is handed over.
What I especially liked: when transferring a car, they tell everything from top to bottom; there was a phone holder and charging with three connectors in the car; they give the car with a full tank. You also need to return with a full tank, or pay extra for gasoline (there is a gas station around the corner from the rental office); you can take a child seat or booster for free; very pleasant and friendly staff; the car was handed over in 5 minutes; the bonus was the location of the office on the street with an abundance of cafes and numerous graffiti.

Everything is great!!! I was so worried that, firstly, there would be no car, but the guys were able to pick it up, although there was little time left before the trip. Secondly, that the car will not be given out, payments will be charged, the deposit will be taken away, they will not get in touch. Everything is fair and decent here. Everything turned out great!!! We took a Hyundai Accent, the car is just great!! We drove about 900 km, everything worked clearly, the car was comfortable. I will note that I did this from Kaliningrad - the guys do not make differences on the difference of states. The registration of the car and its delivery took 10 minutes, then I got in and drove. We rented two cars. From Minsk, we immediately went to Brest along the highway with a limit of 120 km / h. The car had a strong steering wheel beat at speeds over 100 km / h (I can attach a video if necessary). The road to Brest and back was a torment, as they overtake everything. Also, when lowering the passenger window, it did not rise back, only after 5 minutes of back and forth. The interior, especially in the back in a terrible way, I don't even want to imagine what was done there. It was obviously not dry-cleaned.
For the second car, the front turn signal is not working, one of the two front running lights is not working.
