This time I signed up for a massage of the neck and collar area.
40 minutes — 60 GEL. In fact — 20 minutes of massage. That's it. No consultation, no explanation.
No one at the reception explained anything. Just, “pay up,” and that's it.
I had to go to Yandex.Direct myself and figure it out.
And what started?
– An explanation that 40 minutes is supposedly "all together": reception, consultation and massage.
– But there's not a word about it in the price
list, there's nothing in the recording correspondence,
and there was no real consultation at all.
Why do I find out about this after the fact? Why is it not written anywhere? Why the hell should a client wonder how much of the paid time they will actually be given? It's like buying a pig in a poke. Or how to say, “massage for 60 lari,” and then it turns out that you just sat down, your neck was crushed and they said, “That's it, you're free.”
By the way, they squeezed out an apology only after my direct and rather harsh message. Not at the beginning. Not on my own initiative.
And in correspondence, the first three responses are a stupid guess “and we don't understand what you want." Like I'm dumb, and they're not involved.
Well, okay. Then I'll explain.:
I want transparency. I want you to include a consultation in the price, ***, and write it that way — in the price list, in correspondence, anywhere.
Instead of billing for 40 minutes, they did it for 20, and then they tried to justify everything in hindsight.

Deception and lack of understanding for clients is not the best marketing. Especially when the client has 25,000 TikTok subscribers.
