I placed an order in this online store, the goods were available and at very pleasant prices. By the appointed day, the order did not arrive at the pick-up point, the delivery department employee asked by phone to wait a few days. After some time, they again offered on the phone to wait for the goods to arrive at the warehouse, to which my consent was given. As a result, the order was simply cancelled without warning. I found out about it by accident, the order information just disappeared in my personal account. I sincerely do not understand why the "breakfast" was needed and why it was impossible to notify about the cancellation in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

I ordered a set of heads at the same price with delivery for tomorrow, in the morning the price became 30 + rubles more expensive. The manager called back, he says that there is no stock, it's been sorted. But at the same time, the product is listed on the website as being in stock and already more expensive, please order. The store does not comply with the offers. I DON'T recommend it, it's better to order from another store, you definitely won't waste your time.

The prices on the site are good, but be prepared to wait an unknown amount of time. On the website, the delivery time is one, but in fact it is a week longer... If it's urgent, it's better to send it somewhere else. I've been ordering from them for 3 years and it's almost always the same story with delivery times.
