I have been traveling here since the opening and now I constantly come here to overload. The customs officers are mostly adequate and friendly people. If necessary, they will tell and explain everything calmly and without nerves. Ruslan's change (I don't remember the patronymic), the most friendly and helpful people.
Beltamozhservice employees are also pleasant and calm people. They communicate calmly and kindly, without stress and showing off.

Toilet-4 urinals, 4 toilets
It's just a luxury, compared to customs, when there is only one toilet.
And the staff is very friendly.
There is a cafe, an exchange office.
This is probably the best customs I've been to... It is better only in Turkmenistan. In general, it's just awesome!

Everyone who passed the border before Covid will be surprised by the changes. First, before the border, it turns out that you need to stop at the parking lot where there was a Burger King, get a ticket and wait for three hours (this was the case with me on November 3, 2021) until your car number appears on the scoreboard. If, without knowing it, you slipped to the border, then you will have to return to the gas stations and look for the entrance to the parking lot. Secondly, there was a payment for departure in the amount of one basic. And if there is a banking client on the phone, then you can pay immediately through the QR code that is attached to the border guards booth. So pay in advance. Thirdly, if for some reason you have been restricted from traveling abroad, but the decision has not yet entered into force and you are challenging it, then consider that you will not pass. Of course, it's lawlessness, but these are the realities.
