I recently visited this restaurant, and while the food, atmosphere, and waitstaff were exceptional (10/10), the initial service from the hostess left much to be desired. When I tried to call ahead to let them know I'd be 10 minutes late, the hostess hung up on me because I couldn't speak Russian. I had to call back, and thankfully, someone else transferred me to a gentleman who spoke English. When my friend arrived first and tried to explain the reservation was under my name, the hostess was dismissive and repeatedly said "what, what, what," instead of offering any help. Despite this, everything else about the restaurant was excellent, but the lack of welcoming and helpful service at the start made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been.

Amazing place and location. It was very tasty and delicious. The staff here is very attentive. Service was efficient, especially a big thank you to our waiter, Suleman.
