It's a very cozy place, we often come here because the food is just a bomb! I especially like that the staff will always tell you which drinks are best suited to your chosen dishes. I especially remember khinkali and Ossetian lamb pie — it's just impossible to stop, even when it's hard to breathe. The atmosphere here is relaxing, it is especially pleasant to sit in the hall with the birds, their singing creates an incredibly cozy atmosphere. But if there was a Scandinavian fish cake on the menu, it would be perfect! I love places where you can really enjoy not only the food, but also the surroundings. I recommend it to everyone!

Everything is fine, we visit often, as the food is incredibly delicious, I really like that the staff advises suitable drinks for a particular dish, based on the preferences of the client, they offer everything simply to the point. Separately, I will note khinkali and Ossetian lamb pie, it is very difficult to stop even when it is already difficult to breathe. 10 out of 10 , have been here twice already. For the first time, we were surprised by the quality of the food and service, the waiters literally attacked us and took the order with high quality. In the second, I was surprised by the loyalty to my potential guests . We approached the restaurant and there was a sign outside that read "closed for special service."we were already upset and wanted to go home, but a man came out and asked what we would like, and we just wanted to take an Ossetian pie to take away. Despite the fact that they were preparing for some kind of banquet or corporate event, we still accepted the order. The food itself is 10/10 you can 't find fault with anything, everything is hot and delicious .

I ordered dolma, lamb kebab and wings. Traditionally, dolma comes with minced lamb. This is what I expected when ordering, but I needed to see the composition. So the dolma turned out to be very liquid and watery inside. Lamb kebab is terribly dry and tasteless. The wings are also tasteless. Pickled onions, too. The guy was eating a pork shish kebab - it was delicious to him. I would give 1 out of 5 for my food. I don't recommend it.

Even 1 star is a lot! The maximum you can put it for is food. The pies are really great, the salads are also great. but! The service is just a fear! The only one who tried to fix the situation somehow was the waiter.
But the administrator Maria Dmitrievna showed herself in all her glory! It is absolutely impossible to let her near people, and even more so to clients! A boorish woman of the highest standard! She's as far away from the administrator as the moon! With such an arrogant face and tone of conversation, she definitely doesn't work here. The book of complaints and suggestions is full of complaints.
Management should pay attention to their staff, otherwise there will be a lot of similar reviews.
I'm not in kindergarten and you can't spoil my holiday, but it was really unpleasant that on my birthday I also got my nerves frayed!

I ordered the delivery.
The cabbage pie and solyanka were not bad, but not super tasty either, for a C grade.
Caesar salad arrived immediately with breadcrumbs in it, naturally soaked. And the salad was almost hot, it was very hot from other dishes. There are a lot of eggs for Caesar in the salad itself.
I put 1 because of the khinkali - these are the MOST TASTELESS khinkali that I have ever eaten. They are completely dry with huge tails that probably weigh more than half of this "dish"..
1/5 - I will never order from there again.

At the same time, I noted that this time is a fundamental moment, it does not work at another time. The amnistrator assured that there would be no problems with delivery. 22.02 the courier called me back and said that he only works from 12 to 13. On the appointed day, 23.02. at 12.45, without waiting for a call from the courier and having difficulty getting through to the administrator, she informs me that the order is unknown when it will arrive, maybe in 1.5-2 hours or more, and in general we do not have couriers, and your order has not even been made yet. When asked what I should do in a situation where everyone is sitting at an empty table and waiting for delivery, the girl replied that this was not her problem, and, in general, she did not have time to talk to me and eventually canceled my order HERSELF, as I talked to her emotionally and she did not like it. I perfectly understand the workload on a holiday, but why dial orders that the cafe cannot serve due to the lack of sufficient staff, why not, knowing that the courier does not have time to do anything, call the customer and warn about such a delay or at least corny apologize. We made an order through Yandex. food, the average receipt of our order is 120 rubles. Order 6th : cold boiled potatoes in a barbecue mix (apparently leftovers from the guests), perfect potatoes in a separate dish.
