Clean, tidy, 10 minutes on foot to the sea at a lazy pace, 15 minutes to the local "center" of Makhinjauri at the same lazy pace.
We lived in a new building at the very top, the so-called "VIP" These are two small rooms, a kitchenette, a bathroom, a corridor.
The disadvantage of this room is that there is no entrance door to the floor. A couple of bored/lost people came in while I was lying on the bed. Plus the smells from the kitchen are here too.
The owners are pleasant, helpful people, they will help if necessary.
