A good hotel for families with preschool children. In other cases, it is better to look at other options.
The hotel is located quite close to the airport. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, but there is complete devastation around. There is nowhere to go for a walk near the hotel.
The territory of the hotel is quite beautiful, well-maintained, clean everywhere. The rooms are well equipped with furniture. A large closet, many bedside tables, there is where to put things. Good beds, comfortable mattresses, clean linen, clean towels. The bathroom is quite specific, for an amateur. The door to the toilet is glass. The shower is right in the room with a glass cabin. Everything is not perfect first freshness, but very in good condition. However, the presence of ants in the room on the third floor was very confusing.
The staff is very friendly and friendly. Not everyone speaks Russian, but there are no problems with English or German.
Everything is quite good in restaurants. There is always a choice of several meat dishes, fish, two soups to choose from for lunch and dinner. It's hard to stay hungry. But the fruits are somehow monotonous. It seems to be the watermelon season, but I saw watermelons only once in 10 days and they ended very quickly. Children are delighted with ice cream during the day on the beach and in the evening at dinner.
The beach is very beautiful. The purest sand. Good umbrellas that are not blown away by the slightest breeze. But you have to be prepared for the fact that if you want to swim, you'll have to take a good walk. At low tide, the first 100 meters of an adult are shin-deep, and at high tide, at best, hip-deep. To be at least waist-high, you need to walk another 100 meters. Lovers of swimming from the bottom of their hearts are definitely not here. But for parents with children of the age when they can not move away from them, it will work very well.
In the evening, after the children's disco, there are short show programs. Quite often these are some kind of performances by dancers, there was an acrobatic show. But there were also "Miss Hotel" or "Hotel Couple" evenings, which surprised me a lot. It seemed to me that it was already so outdated that you wouldn't see it in a decent hotel. After 23:00, the hotel becomes quiet. There was never any farce, no drunken screams.

You become namber one))) The slides are designed for children from 3-6 years old.. Animation is weak for both children and adults. I can't say anything bad about Food at a good level and a decent assortment (orange and strawberry juices) chicken in various types, lamb, fish, lobsters, hamburgers, hot dogs, fries.. In general, everyone will be able to find their own "favorite dish". Wi-Fi is everywhere in the hotel and in the room. The sea is knee-deep, for deep swims a little further behind the buoys. 20€ in your passport and you have a great room. The staff is friendly, in general everyone is trying very hard and it is noticeable ;)

The hotel is beautiful, clean, helpful staff.
The food is varied and delicious.
The animation is average, does not bother and they are not particularly visible.
There is a mini club, but boring. A 7-year-old child didn't want to be there. There is no program, one animator is sitting, on duty and that's it. It was a disappointment!)
The sea is 300 meters to the waist. And then it's scary to swim, too far from the shore. Reef and fish are boring, dull, few.

A magnificent hotel! We stayed in it from the end of September to the beginning of October. The staff is responsive and prompt, check-in is fast, the reception smells delicious and is always cool. The food is very tasty and extensive, the children always have something to eat - French fries, burgers, pasta, pizza, ice cream, etc. I recommend fish, they have it very tasty and tender, a diverse selection of dishes and pastries, clean plates, tables are quickly cleaned and served, you can sign up for various restaurants at the hotel (I do not advise Mongolian, queue and fuss for shrimp and noodles). The hotel itself was built in 2019, still brand new, the pools are a separate love, cool in the morning, by lunch you can already swim in warm water. Very beautiful, located throughout the hotel, there are rooms that go directly to your pool. We lived on the 3rd floor under a dome with a good view of the territory. They are cleaned well, but the floor is always dirty (even if there is a tip). There was always animation, but we did not participate, the staff is not annoying, yes, there are barkers on the beach, but they are completely adequate, the sea itself, as they wrote in the reviews, is shallow. We need to walk about a kilometer to be fully deep (but we didn't need a reef). Many people with small children were lying in the sea without fear of dangerous animals. Therefore, for us, the shallow sea was only a plus. Clean beach, garbage is always quickly cleaned, cozy sun beds under umbrellas, near a snack bar and ice cream.
There is also a minibus to a nearby hotel (Titanic water park) and there you can ride a lot of slides, for children in general it is the most)
Rest 10 out of 10 🫶

We had a rest in March 2023. The hotel is on a solid 4*. A small cozy area. Animation for children is great, every evening. There is a children's club Moana, the Russian animator Nastya looks after and plays with the children there. 2 adults and 2 children had a rest. Upon check-in, we were given a room on the top floor, or with an additional fee of 60 euros on the first floor with access to an ice-cold non-heated pool, although we were with a stroller, we did not change the room, there is an elevator. The room is something) for a young couple, I think it will not be very comfortable, since there is no such bathroom, it is located directly in the room. The toilet is behind a translucent glass door, where the door does not reach the floor and ceiling, legs are visible, respectively, sounds and smells near the bed) like a school toilet straight) the shower is the same) all the evaporation is right in the room, it's stuffy, I had to ventilate after a shower, otherwise it's like in a steam room. Watering the lawns with water from the sewer. The smell in the morning.
The sea is icy in March, we haven't swum once.
Pools. One central heated pool, and then after 4 days of staying at the hotel it was turned off. The children's pool with slides is very shallow, also heated. And the pool with slides in the form of a ship is icy, no one swam in it, although they could have turned it on.
Meal. Everyone writes that you will not stay hungry. It's true) there seems to be a lot of everything, but it's monotonous. I've never seen 6 bread dishes)))))) fried bread, baked bread with eggs, bread with sausage, bread stuffed with other bread, etc.) but you will never be hungry) there is no fish at all or it is not tasty at all. Ice cream machines. Freshly squeezed juice only in the morning, In the afternoon for an additional fee. But you can't call it fresh ) this is a diluted concentrate, I saw it being brought in baklashki and poured into a vending machine)
You can drink alcohol. The animation is interesting for adults, designed for a week, the second week is the same. We liked it. I was also very pleased with the live music in the restaurant on the second floor. The saxophonist is just a miracle) There are few Russians, mostly Germans and Poles, Arabs. Everyone has a friendly attitude.
What surprised me! At 5 p.m., at the whistle, everyone leaves the pool, is directly kicked out, sun beds and umbrellas are removed at 5.01 minutes, even if you are still there. And about the restaurant as well. It is until 14.30, at 14.00 there is nothing left to eat. Everything is removed from under your nose, you can put food on, and the tray with food is already being cleaned))) and at 14.30 while you finish, the cleaners sweep under your feet, no one stands on ceremony))lifeguards are sitting by the pools, and they really look after the children. We arrived on 13.04. at 22:00 local time, at 23 we were at the hotel. There is no Russian-speaking staff at the reception. There is not even a clock with Russian time on the wall, only the USA and Europe. We sent leftovers for a late dinner (to put it mildly), everything was spicy and there was nothing to feed a 3-year-old child. No one began to serve in the restaurant, corny bottles of water and appliances were not put in. I had to search the restaurant for cutlery and napkins myself. We returned to the reception to check in, put on bracelets, gave out one key card for the family room and 4 cards for towels. We went to room 1229 on the 3rd floor. To reach it, you had to take gas masks with you (it smells so much like sewage from the side of the family rooms) and a view of the landfill. The rooms are tired, the layout of the family rooms is very strange. You open the door, there are two beds at once and a large window like in a showcase. Next comes the hallway closet and the entrance to the bathroom, the shower is tired (the shower was repaired for 8 days, but it continued to flow). Going further, there is a large room with a king size bed. The bedclothes are all full of holes and spools. In the morning they tried to change the room, but according to the reception staff they are the same. After looking at another room, we realized that there was no point in changing the awl for soap, there was a terrible smell of sewage everywhere, from which the gag reflex involuntarily goes.

14.04. We went to the main restaurant for breakfast. The choice is meager: eggs, vegetables, bread, porridge (dairy), fruits, vegetables, cheese (dried), spicy sausages, sliced sausage like paper, cereals, pancakes and waffles were made on the street, various jams, sweets (I note shortbread cookies with chocolate were very tasty) to eat an omelet It was necessary to stand in line. After breakfast we went to the beach, but then there was again a quest where to find towels, since all the hotels of the Tower Center are located on the beach, but this is the Titanic Royal Hotel and the Tower Center is located near the main restaurant. To get them, you need to go around either all the pools or go over two bridges to get a towel. As we learned later, Kristina's Guest relations used to have two Towel Centers, one at the main restaurant, the second on the beach, but it was closed due to covid. But the covid has already ended, and the Tower Center has not been opened.
The beach and the sea are good. The sea is shallow for a child, it's good if an adult has to go far to swim.
During the vacation, the tide was out 5 times.
There is no service on the beach for Russian-speaking tourists. But there is service for English-speaking tourists. Which is not clear.
There are no snacks after breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast ended at 10:30 and there is nothing until 12:30. Lunch starts at 12:30 in the main restaurant and the restaurant on the beach (but there is no food in the restaurant on the beach. There are French fries and pizza, ice cream)
Lunch: there is a queue for pasta, the choice is not as big as we would like for a 5* hotel. There is also no service. To drink picketed juice, you need to go to the second lobby bar yourself and they will give it to you only in a plastic crumpled cup since you will drink it in the lobby. This applies to all drinks.
In the main restaurant, drinks are served in the vending machine a la jupi. Cola diluted with water. If you want a coke from a bottle, then only zero and you have to ask for it. It is not always possible to find a covered table (with cutlery and napkins). If a large table costs 6 chairs, but there will be only 3 glasses and 4 appliances. The question is why? No one gave me an answer.
The restaurant has a children's menu for lunch and dinner. But it's so meager that I just want to cry. The diet has not changed more than once in 10 days. These were roosts, mashed potatoes, pasta with ketchup, fresh cucumber, tomato, carrots, ALL this is all a children's menu. (the same for lunch and dinner)
There is also a dietary table, it has also not changed more than once in 10 days. It was boiled rice, chicken with broth.
There are French fries and a la shish kebab of chicken or sausage on the street.
Dinner: There is also a queue for pasta or just take boiled pasta, the same vegetables and salads from lunch (we saw them put plate to plate after lunch, a tray with food for food.)
The choice of food is small, the restaurant is divided into two zones and in these zones the food is duplicated.
There are still French fries on the street, watermelon was given twice for dinner, but only 4 pieces per plate.
There is still no service.
On the third day, I got fed up that there was no service and I quarreled in the restaurant, reached the manager of the restaurant, Mohamed, and only then began to serve. After the scandal, we had a waiter, Mahmoud (a good guy), who met us, brought coffee and juice picketed from the lobby bar, and a bottle of water, and always finds a high chair for the child. We always left tips.
The cleaning of the room was also sad until the cleaner was changed after two incidents, despite the fact that they tipped the room daily for cleaning. The first one brought 2 bath towels and two small towels for 2 adults and 2 children. He refused to bring the missing towels. I went to the reception to Kristina, towels were brought to us and they began to replenish the minibar with water for all 4.
The second case is when we hung up the cleaning in the morning, but when we returned to the room there is no cleaning and the table weighs, please do not clean.
After that, we were replaced by a cleaner who cleaned much better and even made figures out of towels (a trifle, but nice).
But the shower did not rest, we washed and it was constantly flowing. He was wrapped with duct tape three times.
But the quests for waiting and a good rest are not over. The hotel has a lot of swimming pools, and two children's water parks that are not heated. There is only one large pool with a bar where the water is warm. There were only people in it. It is very cold in the children's pools with slides, although I was shown the norm of heating the pool at 33 degrees. But in real life they were cold.
Snacks have started working near the children's pools with the water park - these are waffles and pancakes (they worked for only 2 hours) there is always a queue for them.
The fruits were only in the main restaurant (apples, bananas, oranges, pears, strawberries and watermelon twice)
The children's animation is in English and very sluggish. Once there was an aquagrimm and life-size dolls. The evening animation for children is strange. Two girls a la macarena are dancing on stage to different music.
Guest relations Kristina tried to resolve the issue, but unfortunately everything was in vain. She arranged a meeting with the general manager of the hotel, but I did not notice any significant changes in the hotel service after her. He offered us a discount for extending the room from 120 euros to 21:00 for 80 euros. And they also demanded gratitude for such generosity.
But everything would not have been so bad if we hadn't all been poisoned in this hotel on 17.04 (let me remind you that we arrived at the hotel on 13.04 in the evening).
Mom and younger brother managed without a hospital. And my 3-year-old daughter and I were hospitalized with acute gastroenteritis. There was severe vomiting and diarrhea (at the same time). And as I mentioned earlier, everything was bad with the food. In the morning, only fried toast could be eaten because of poisoning, since everything was dairy.
They were treated on arrival in Minsk at the infectious diseases hospital.
I also want to note the facades of buildings where there are pipes with sewerage. It can be seen that there were repeated sewer breaks and all this remained dried on the facades. no one has cleaned it up and you go and see dermo on the walls. Is this typical of a 5* hotel?
The hotel is positioned as a children's hotel, but all the stairs in the hotel are very spiral and slippery. It is very easy to slip and fall. All the tiles in the hotel are slippery.

We went in November, the sea was cool, having a heated pool is a great way to swim at any time!
The service is at a high level: the room, the pools, the territory are cleaned regularly. If something is broken, it is repaired promptly. They respond quickly to the requests of guests.
There are animators for children, a separate pool and slides.
The buffet is not as plentiful as in a 5-star Turkish hotel, but it's even good, you don't overeat and feel at ease.

We first went to the pharmacy and bought an antiseptic and antibacterial ointment, but we decided to play it safe and go to the hotel doctor, he convinced us that we need to suture and in no case use these medicines, but we need to go to him 3 times.And the whole horror began in the fact that he did not even see the thread and could not get in .I kind of did anesthesia , but the child just screamed like a cut , then in the end he somehow tied his hands .At the exit, we were billed, at first he asked if $ 75 was expensive, I said that there was one seam, he did not at least agree to $ 50.Then, of course, we did not go to him, I treated myself with chlorhexidine and ointment that we bought, but then he found us and said come without money, allegedly you need to remove the seam, I refused, said that we were flying away and we would remove ourselves, so not only that he did not see, he also wanted to remove the seam with a scalpel!!!I want to warn you that if, God forbid, something like this happens to you, it's better to apply for insurance, but in our experience I don't even know how many competent doctors there are

The hotel celebrated its opening very recently in 2020. The concept of the hotel is more suitable for families with children. The hotel is 15-20 minutes away. from the airport in Hurghada. The territory of the hotel is not large, but it is quite comfortable, there are many pools, including heated ones, Jacuzzis, pools for children with various slides, there is also a separate playground.
The ground floors of the rooms overlook the courtyard and have their own access to the pool. The rooms are large and clean, the renovation is fresh. Each room has its own balcony with a table and chairs. There is a safe and a bar in the room, which is replenished every day (bottled drinking water, Coca-Cola, Sprit). Unfortunately, there are no bathrobes and slippers. A spacious, 24-hour lobby bar (alcohol is not very high quality), a large communal buffet restaurant and 3 Ala-Carte restaurants. The food in the restaurant is delicious, there is a diet menu, but monotonous. There is a small gym and a SPA salon.
The great advantage of the hotel is the beach itself - fine sand, with a gentle entrance to the sea, the depth of which reaches no higher than the waist. You can swim with a mask behind the buoys and observe the underwater world with various fish. Shaded from the sun, a beautiful seaweed umbrella with sun beds and spacious "beds with curtains".
There is a food court with Greek cuisine on the beach.
There are animators for children at the hotel, there is a children's room where children study, play and draw.
In the morning, the animators do stretching for everyone, and later gymnastics in the pool. In the evening, after dinner, a mini-disco with incendiary animators is held for children, but everything is quite monotonous. After 21:00 there is a concert program.
For children of school age and older, you can take a small bus to the nearby TITANIC RESORT & AQUA PARK 4* hotel, which is located on the second line. The Aqua park is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. There are many slides on buns, boats and mats, a separate large heated pool for children with various slides and rafting along artificial rowing channels.
