A good water park, a very good reef, and most importantly, friendly and attentive staff. We have been vacationing here for 3 years in a row. There are better hotels, but there is a good price-quality ratio. I recommend it for a visit.

Our favorite hotel in Hurghada, we relax with children every year, the last time we were in October, 2019 and January of this year, even the pools of the water park were heated. This is the only hotel where you want to return, the staff is very friendly and friendly. The food has become much better, the assortment is gorgeous, even the children are happy, although there was an eternal problem with them in this regard) Yes, there is no sea there, tides are tides every day, but with young children this is even a plus, they like to pick at the corals, at low tide, they can sit for hours, but you can swim after walking a little along the pier, the distance is not so annoying. Movement is life)))

We were at this hotel with my wife. She was in a position. The hotel is great, calm. The beach is nice, but shallow. In order to take a good dip, you need to get on a minivan that transports about 1 km along the pier. They are surprised, in general, I would come back! Price/Quality!

The service is not bad by Egyptian standards. But I don't think it's worth five stars in Europe. And so the staff is helpful, understands Russian, if something is not clear, there is always a reception, they will help. The only disadvantage of the hotel is the sea, which goes far from the shore due to low tides. The pools are clean, the kitchen is excellent. the hotel is good, but there is "no sea" there, since the sea is on the beach line there you need to go to a depth of 1 km and the water will be constantly ankle-deep and there are a lot of sea urchins at the bottom that are very prickly. you can drive to the pier by car to the water, but there is already a completely open sea and few people actively swim, so the hotel is almost designed for swimming in pools.

It's not a bad hotel, but it doesn't look like a 5-star hotel. I got tired of the same type of food in 10 days. The rooms are clean. Mosquitoes are being poisoned. Water is left in the room. The water park is good. Children have a place to ride, both the youngest and older. There are many pools. I liked the houses with access to the pool. The sea is shallow and there are many starfish. If you walk along the pier, you can also swim. There is nothing really interesting. We thought about going to the Water Park for 10 days, but he got tired of it on the first day.
