Hello everyone I'm resting here at the moment and I can't stand it, I want to leave a review. Great hotel!!! 👍👍👍 We want to visit it again. I want to describe it in detail and briefly. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily, there are bathrobes (only one size), but this is not a problem. Replenishment of the bar + beer every day, tea, coffee in the room and of course cola, fanta, sprite. There is a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, but no toothbrush and paste. The beach is gorgeous, it's the best for children. There are enough sun beds. The pools are warm, the slides are great! The water park is super, the kids will love it! The animation is good, the children can be given to animatars until 23.00, it seems, but we tried it so hard, the child was very satisfied for 3 hours. The food is more than enough. Meat for every taste: fish, lamb, beef, chicken, mushrooms, shrimp, veal. Of course, everything alternates, they cook perfectly. Drinks are all: Jack, chivas, tequila, champagne, belis, Gin and many other things (I haven't tried it), in general there is everything. Bars: beach, pool, lobi, main restaurant - (minus little choice in alcohol). Ice cream all day, Viennese waffles (I recommend it). The staff is smart, they try to serve quickly and efficiently, at the Reception they will solve all your problems. I recommend this hotel, you will not regret it! 👍

a normal hotel with its own - and +. 90% of the guests are British, who get up at 5 am to take a sunbed by the pool. At 7 a.m. there is not a single free sunbed, the hotel administration does not care about it. This is the fattest minus. Otherwise, it's OK.

I'm having a rest at the moment, on July 25, 2021 with my children.
Purity. It is quite acceptable, the room is cleaned daily and well.
Food. Average, closer to good. There is fish and meat. But!!! The food is served by the staff themselves and imposes sooo little! Such an installation is to apply tiny portions. If you ask for more, they give you even less and reluctantly! Some people are embarrassed to ask for more. And they leave with what they have given.
This is not the level of a 5-star hotel.
Now the main thing is that Russians are accommodated in the worst rooms: a view of the road, etc.
I asked for a change, the girls at the reception could help and didn't mind. The Turkish head of the booking department came up, got angry and swore at me (with the client!) It's unthinkable!!!
Abruptly and angrily he said, "come back tomorrow." He immediately decided to give us an even worse room.
As a result, Camila gave us another number - a sooo friendly and kind girl who wanted to help from the very beginning. Go to her, everyone.
Yes, the number was given a different one, BUT EVEN WORSE - both day and night, something similar to a transformer is unimaginably noisy nearby - a huge growling booth around the clock. The noise is sooo strong. It is impossible to sleep with an open balcony.
In principle, the hotel could be considered quite good, if not for such huge disadvantages.
Alas!
I will never come here again and will not advise my friends, who, by the way, have already asked about this hotel, having received a full report in response. Of course, they will choose another hotel.
The Russians have a bad attitude.
Eid al-Adha was just here, there were a lot of Turkish families. Of course, they were provided with the best rooms. And you, dear friends-Russians, Ukrainians and other Europeans, better look for another hotel. I really don't recommend this one.

Vacationed with my husband from March 25 to March 31, 2021.excellent cuisine. The room is cozy. They clean it every day. They change the bed linen. Towels. The mini bar is replenished with drinks every day. Polite staff. I would especially like to mention the waiter Ali. He is always friendly, manages to serve everyone, constantly comes up, asks if he can bring something else. I wish there were more such staff. Great hotel. I recommend it to everyone

We have been staying at this hotel since 08/7.21, we really liked everything.We were well received.Wonderful girls Camila and another girl, unfortunately I don't remember her name, are always ready to help you, thank them very much.The room is clean, there are minor flaws, but this is not critical and did not interfere with our rest.All the staff are very friendly.The restaurant has a variety of food for every taste: meat, seafood,fish, chicken.The waiters are great guys, always around) The beach bar is just love; delicious menu, wonderful waiters who deserve your gratitude.We spent time there at lunchtime.The animation is at the highest level.I recommend this hotel to everyone, especially with children of different ages, they all have something to do there.

I lived in a room on the 11th floor with a panoramic terrace and a view of the sea and the hotel territory, it's super! The spa, hammam and pools are excellent. Arabian nights at the restaurant and other entertainment) The beach is sandy. It's a long way from the city center, but this kind of vacation means spending 24 hours at the hotel. And no one canceled the taxi either) I recommend Antalya lovers to relax with their family)

There are two types of soup : tomato and lentil . And so on , stewed beef , chopped lamb cutlet . The fruits are green , the only thing that was always fresh greens . We ordered a restaurant for my birthday and paid $ 13 each . They brought us snacks from the buffet, overcooked steak, and my wife's mutton was also overexposed. What was paid for is unclear?

And it also killed you that they serve you from dirty glasses. We went to the SPA, the hammam was very cold, but two baths were good. The only other thing that was good and convenient was that there was a warm pool outside.

Hello! We are currently vacationing with this hotel and here's what I have to say-there is very bad security at the pools!! There are simply NO rescuers and guards.We saw with our own eyes the situation when a boy dived into the pool from a stone arch and flew millimeters away from a 5-month-old baby floating in an inflatable circle with his dad!! Adults meant to read the signs near the pools and calmly swim with children in the pool into which people roll down the slides! I haven't seen such game for a long time! And again, there is not a single guard! The sand on the beach is frankly dirty, the plates in the restaurant are definitely dirty too!it was not without intestines and sinusitis after swimming in the pool, where mothers repeatedly took children for small needs, the territory is nowhere less, one path to the sea and back, rolled-up Children's rides and a complete lack of desire from the staff to at least smile and say hello, not to mention making a delicious cocktail...We were in Turkey last year and there is something to compare the Titanic with and it does not pull at all on the 5th..
