the food is above all praise, I always like theme nights. I was particularly surprised by the evening of Turkish cuisine... the sweets are simply unreal. The staff is polite, and there are many hotel staff who are native speakers of Russian from different former republics. the service is good. everything is very well planned on the territory, there is a very good children's area. clean, the beach is good, swimming in the sea in September was wonderful. the main thing is safe, the sea was at a pleasant temperature for swimming - not cold, but not steamy either. It was nice to freshen up, especially if you take a wild boar. a very large swimming pool with swimming lanes. deep enough.

We came for the second time, the rest is great. I would like to note the hotel itself is beautiful, well-groomed, the staff is polite, courteous, a lot of Russian speakers, which is important for us. The food is great, very varied, not enough seafood. The sea is clean, warm, the beach is well maintained. I liked the evening performances. The only question is: with the full abundance of everything, for some reason there were no slippers in the room

A beautiful huge hotel.
The staff is polite and efficient, especially if you leave a tip.
The food is quite varied, for every taste. There's not enough fruit
Cleaning and linen change daily, but do not ask for supplies of hygiene materials (only after 3 calls to rumservice)
And another of the disadvantages is an ice pool. We were in early November - without heating 🥲
