I previously serviced my car at this service station. And everything seemed to be fine. I did a camber-convergence 3 times, and changed the front shock absorbers. But everything is fine so far, and if there are shoals, they will make a fool of the client.
I changed the flywheel with the clutch here, the result:
Pros: I asked to coordinate the replacement of the clutch so that they would call and tell me what condition it was in. They called. Thank you.
Further, he repeatedly emphasized that the crankshaft oil seal must be changed with the removal of the pallet, even in the order-attire it was emphasized. Then I clarified this point anyway once again when they called about the clutch, and for good reason if I hadn't reminded them, they would have changed it without removing it.
The oil was poured into the box less than required, (filled with a "control plug", 1.8 liters "we always do this, no one had any complaints", but it was necessary for 400 g more. It's written in TIS. which I have also repeatedly focused their attention on. The M32 box can be googled). Also, when replacing the clutch, the box was disassembled for some reason. (The sealant I bought is applied all over the contour of the box). To the rhetorical question, why was it disassembled? I got the answer: "We never disassemble the boxes!"
After I picked up the car, I found the time and decided to stop by the pit to see what was going on. The first thing I noticed was that the wire to the particulate filter sensor was not fixed, the wire was dangling next to the exhaust pipe. Which heats up decently during burning, which in theory could damage the wire and cause a short circuit.
There was also no plate on which the chip of this sensor is attached. And for some reason there was no bolt on the starter!
Well, anything can happen, I thought and turned to a HUNDRED. These shortcomings were fixed for me within an hour and a half.
Then, within a week after the repair, my generator dies. What was my surprise when I opened the hood and found a clamped BUT dangling negative terminal on the battery! I'm calling the service station to explain the situation. The first thing they say to me is: "What does the generator have to do with it? We changed the clutch for you." But I know that in order to remove the box, you need to remove the battery..
As a result, the diode bridge failed. The repair was refused. "This can't be happening! The cameras show that the locksmith pinched it." They don't want to hear that he could have sat her down badly and squeezed her. They kindly offered to bring them a car on a tow truck and if it was their joint they would fix it for free, otherwise, please go to the cashier. To the question: how do you admit that this is your joint if you cannot admit that the locksmith could have clamped the terminal badly? No, I couldn't, you can see everything on the cameras! I opened it myself to break my car, yeah.
A couple of months later, I found loose bolts (three out of three) on the suspension bearing of the axle, one of which flew off in an unknown direction. The answer is that you're all lying, it can't be! "You've probably been somewhere else for a HUNDRED years." Well, yes, I was, but I came to you to figure it out. L-logic.
And if I hadn't got under the car?! Where would the drive fly to when all the bolts completely fell out?!
In general, when accepting, take the keys and check the tightening of all bolts. I hope that the flywheel will not fall off from the engine. There is at least a locking mastic on the new bolts.. but there is no clutch on the basket... and this is all against the background of wires that were not fixed in place, but these are small things. What kind of wires? But these, under the battery pad, which is above the box, I discovered this when I began to add oil to the box. But I'm obviously lying again. And against this background, the SRT TRUMPETS that it provides high-quality services. Well, well.
