The car was released after changing the tires on the rear wheel with 1 bolt. On 3 others, the thread in the hub was torn off. I've been changing my shoes for the last 2.5 years only here. They did not admit their guilt, they did not apologize. They allegedly forgot to tell me!!! I was carrying a child when the bolts popped out. It's good that everything went well. We solved the issue at my own expense (I paid for new bolts and partially for the work on cutting new threads). Guys, take care of yourself, avoid this office!!
