It's a beautiful place.
Tea, at a cost lower than similar establishments. Desserts are just a delight. Mochi with natural fruits and berries, also at pleasant prices. A huge range of drinks and desserts.
The staff is just cute, they always help with the choice, warn about the readiness of tea, when in a great hurry they go to meet you and do it as quickly as possible, they always clean up on time.
The atmosphere is simply gorgeous, the interior is "instagrammable", there are enough seats.
As a matter of wishes, I would like the music on the second floor to be a little quieter and, if possible, so that the large table does not wobble. And also, some kind of loyalty system for regular customers.

I'll start with the good thing: the interior of the establishment is chic, everything is very stylish, with bright and metallic accents, but at the same time minimalistic. The service is very fast and the prices are reasonable, but I would argue with the quality of the service. The girl standing behind the cash register looks at everyone with some kind of contempt. When I chose a drink and voiced it, she asked again with such an intonation, as if I owed her and ordered not a bubble tea from the menu, but some kind of borscht. Further, I noticed that such an attitude to all visitors, an appreciative and contemptuous look, and a haughty tone. The bubble tea itself is not bad, the tapioca is delicious, but the cheese was upset, it was not sweet and immediately melted in a warm drink, although there was no such thing in other bubbles. In general, if you want to take a picture, then the place is 10/10, but if you came for normal service, then you definitely are not here.

There was a lot of PR, and expectations, too. In fact, it's a very uncomfortable place, without a single style of interior design, with standard prices in the city, for which you get a disgusting drink. We wanted something warming and coffee (winter is outside, it makes sense, yes), the girl behind the counter recommended tea boo-boo. It was absolutely impossible to drink, as if there was nothing else there except butter, milk, tapioca and sugar. It's VERY greasy and sweet, right up to the point of nausea. Perhaps everything is bad with this position, and the rest of the drinks are normal, but there is no desire to test a second time, alas. And it's not even about the first unsuccessful tea experience, but about the incomprehensible idea of this institution. Everything seemed to be crammed into the interior - Korean bears, breakbear's, walls of artificial roses, giant plush toys, crystal hanging butterflies, and SO on. It was possible to combine Korean drinks and food with a futuristic design very coolly (the staircase is really interesting), but instead they stuffed everything that seemed "hype" to the creators + the second floor is almost empty, unfinished, because of this even more contrast with the decorative elements, it was unpleasant to be there.
As a result: an institution from the "run for a drink and go about your business" series, few people will want to spend time there.

When I went for the 1st time, everything was more or less, the interior, the food, the staff were welcoming, but there are few normal places to sit (on the 2nd floor there are sofas with low tables that are not very comfortable to sit on, and on the 1st floor there are good tables, but the wind blows there). After I went there for the 2nd time, I have no desire to go there anymore. It was Sunday, and according to their information, the cafe was closed until 12, but when we got there at 14, it was also closed. The staff saw that we were standing outside and waiting. They didn't do anything, just sat in their place instead of clarifying the situation somehow. In the end, we had to leave.

You shouldn't go for drinks and mochi.
The tapioca in the warm armor lay just in one lump, which did not break into a tube. Bartenders, do you see what you put in a glass, how to drink such a drink and eat such tapioca? Cheese foam is not cheesy, just a little creamy with sourness.
"Juicy fruit tea" grape 500 ml for 13 rubles — in fact, tea with syrup, transparent, not textured, with a little jelly at the bottom, no jam, no fruit, no puree, colored, rustic-tasting water. Expensive, absolutely unjustified.
Mango manna: the appearance of the drink on the menu and the reality are as different as possible, the composition did not match the description, dry tasteless pomela instead of grapefruit, it would be better not to add at all, like garbage in the mouth. Mango is hard and not ripe, of course, we do not live in the tropics, maybe then jam or canned mango should be added?
The mochi is tasteless, the cheese is absolutely not felt in the filling, the cream is porous, the mango in the filling is just as hard, greenish, not ripe inside.
It's nice to sit there, eat and drink — no, it's disappointing.

It took a very long time to place an order, although there was a small fullness of the hall. I had to come up and ask when they would make me a drink. As it turned out, they forgot about me at all and the drink was made in 2 minutes in front of my eyes.
It's very dirty, the visitors leave, no one cleans up after them and the dirty tables stand for half an hour.
The drinks are so-so, very mediocre, nothing new and interesting, you can go to another place where they make an order much faster and clean places.
Mochi is just terrible, I know that their dough is made with rice flour, but for them to have such a bad taste. It feels like you're eating sweet and unwashed rice.

The result is that the blonde has become rude, we are trying to explain normally what we saw with our own eyes. The receptionist came over and said we'd redo everything without any problems. The blonde girl, while cooking at the entire cafe, said inappropriate and uncivilized words in our direction. In apology, we were given mochi, one with a rotten banana, the other turned out to be normal. It's completely unsanitary . I ask the cafe owners to take action!!!
