Quite a normal hotel for its category. Delicious and varied breakfasts, friendly staff, there is a Russian-speaking administrator Valery, thank him very much))) the pool area is cool too. But we hardly ever went to the hotel, we left in the morning and came back in the evening. Everything was fine with us. There's even a channel for Russians on TV. The room is clean, comfortable, beds, linen, everything is new, clean. Cleaning, change of towels every day. There is a board and an iron in the room. There was no balcony in our room, but there were stained glass windows. But there's an area where there are hotels on all sides, so there's not much to look out the window for). And there's no time) in general, I recommend it for both leisure and business trips.

The hotel is quiet, clean and cozy. It is located a 10-minute walk from Insurance Market metro station. There are 81 buses from the same metro station to Kite Beach (a beach with white sand, cafes, toilets, etc.). There is a supermarket nearby, as well as a 20-minute walk to Carrifour. The hotel has a delicious buffet breakfast, daily room cleaning. The rooftop pool is always in the sun, unlike other hotels where the sun hides behind neighboring houses. It is also suitable for children. Towels and umbrellas are provided. You can also order lunch there. There is a gym with the most necessary equipment. In the room there is tea, coffee, kettle, water, safe, hairdryer, ironing board, scales for a suitcase. Everything is thought out. I have only positive impressions from my stay at this hotel, so I sincerely recommend it to you)))

Nice hotel. Clean, cozy. The staff is friendly. At the reception, for the convenience of guests, there is a Russian-speaking employee Valera. There is a swimming pool with a buffet on the roof, and there are sun beds and tables. Towels are provided free of charge. The rooms have very wide beds. It is very convenient that there is an iron, hairdryer, kettle. I liked the food, it was very tasty and varied. It's at least 10 minutes from the hotel to the metro. Great hotel. The kitchen is wonderful. Clean, beautiful. Rooms are cleaned daily, there is a heated rooftop pool, and you can use the hotel taxi. There are no Russian-speaking staff at the hotel, only English or Arabic. But the attitude towards Russians is friendly.

A good offer for your money. Near the Mall of the Emirates, not far from the metro. There are many small cafes and shops nearby. There is a gym, though minimal. The small and not deep rooftop pool Breakfast is simple. Cleaning every day. Water, tea, coffee and a kettle are available in the room. There is an iron and ironing board in the room. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste!

The hotel is located in a not very good area, 1 km from the metro, past the snack bars and the terrible smell. There are a lot of people in the workforce, just disappointed. The hotel does not take you to the beach, which is a huge disadvantage. The food was good, everything was delicious, the fruits were not forbidden to be taken out, but we were in Ramadan and once we were put in the smoking room, and the guests who did not come from the hotel who came to eat for cash in the main hall. Hotel guests are not a priority. 100 dirhams deposit and 100 dirhams travel, the deposit was refunded at check-out. Tea, coffee and water were added every day. It's very sad and uncomfortable by the pool, the pillows on the sun beds are like from a landfill, dirty and old, can't you upgrade, at least put artificial flowers, I didn't want to spend time by the pool, the pool itself is nice and clean. This is my objective review.

A good hotel is 7-10 minutes walk from the metro. There are many grocery stores, souvenirs, bars nearby. 10-15 minutes to the huge Mall of Emirates)
The room has a refrigerator, TV, hairdryer, toiletries, except a toothbrush. Iron on request. Cleaning every day, change of towels every other day.
There is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception, Valery, who helps with everything very quickly!
Delicious breakfasts.
There is a rooftop pool and sun loungers, a spa and a fitness room)

I really liked the hotel! Good location (close to both Burj Khalifa and Dubai Marina), close to Emirates Mall, a lot of different cuisines around. The renovation is fresh, clean, pleasant, delicious for breakfast! The only thing is that the hotel WiFi does not open a lot of sites, it's banal, you can't build a route in advance in Yandex maps.

Breakfast is quite standard, but there is always a choice.The pool is clean, warm, towels by the pool from 9 am to 9 pm.The size of the pool allows you to swim.A big plus for me is the location:it's 10 minutes to the subway (we went with a child, so the time is real))).I can't imagine how they live in hotels near the main highway and the subway...confusion and noise.It 's quieter here , there are many cafes and shops nearby

A good hotel for your money
A spacious room with a huge bed cost 32 thousand per week. The room is clean, the furniture is a little tired, but in good condition.

I liked the hotel, it was nice and clean. The breakfasts are excellent, for every taste. There is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception on his shift. In general, the reception was very helpful, very helpful staff. At our request, they called us a bus to the outlet. One of the advantages of this hotel is its location, a 10-minute walk to the metro and Mall of Emirates. The pool on the roof is normal, you can swim. Meals for 3 (we had breakfast and dinner). There is no coffee machine and tea bags for breakfast. These drinks are only ready-made in thermopots, it is impossible to drink. The meals on the menu are very tasty (75 dirhams per person). Since the portions are large and a three-course lunch, you can take one for two. There is no transfer to the beach. You can take 10-15 minutes by taxi to Jumeirah Beach (22-28 dirhams one way by Dubai taxi). The rooms are not bad, except for the shower cabin, from which water pours out all the time, apparently a low side and a small slope of the floor for draining. If there is something missing in the room, you can ask at the reception and they will bring it right away (bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, etc.).

Not a bad hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. But you should be clearly aware of the location to the key places for you. The breakfasts are good. The rooftop pool is open until 20.00. During the week of stay, even the bed linen was changed 1 time
Cleaned every day for 4 out of 5 (the floor was not clean everywhere, there were several hairs in the bath when checking in)
With a shower head , the real trouble is that it is impossible to adapt it to wash your hair or remove it from the holder . It's terribly unpleasant. And the pressure and hot water itself are super great .

From the cons, on the way to the subway (7 minutes on foot) in some places there are no sidewalks, not everything in the hotel is still debugged, maids can throw away personal belongings, mistaking them for garbage, forget to wash soap, shampoos, or even towels. The hotel has its own 4 stars. Cleaning every day. Two bottles of water 0.5 tea accessories and a shower:shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and even body cream-everything is there.
I really liked the theme that there is a light and air conditioning control panel by the bed + a "do not disturb" and "cleaning is required" button. Polite staff, we called the reception many times with different questions-we always answered and helped solve the problem!breakfast is omelet or scrambled eggs, local bread cakes are delicious, all kinds of vegetables, porridge, local strange sausages, cheeses (even parmesan was given to us, it seemed). And they took an apple or a banana with them. The breakfasts are good in general. On weekdays until 10:30, on weekends until 11:00. WHAT'S THE DOWNSIDE!!! Hotel without transfer to the sea!!!! We somehow missed this moment. In general, the metro is 10 (not fast 15) minutes, then you take the subway to the right station, depending on which beach you choose. And most likely there is still 15-20 minutes to go to the beach. Of course, it's better to take a taxi, 12 minutes and you're on the beach. Not far from the shopping center, 15 minutes away, where you can go for dinner if you don't trust the local eateries))
The pool is normal, it seemed bigger in the photo. BEACH TOWELS DO NOT GIVE THE SAME of the minuses. Towels are provided in the pool, but you can't take them with you.

The breakfasts are so - so , the choice is not big . Repairs in the rooms for three, in some places everything is a blunder. the tiles on the floor and in the bathroom are laid out crookedly (the repair was done by Indians who earn $ 300 a month). (in some places, it is not thoughtful and convenient (doors open in the wrong direction, the faucet in the sink is close to the edge of the countertop, the water is all on the countertop)) not comfortable toilets for big people, windows do not open in most rooms at all, because of this there is no fresh air in the room, the heating does not work, while taking a shower, all the water flowed out of the shower to the floor, there was a constant puddle in the bathroom. The cleaning in the rooms is not very good, we forgot to change all the towels several times. According to the hotel staff, the renovation was done a year ago, but it looks like it was done 5 years ago.
