Pools, steam rooms and spa treatments are good.
But you need to work on the kitchen.
We visited you on 10/30/2022.
There is no barbecue at all - 2 points out of 5. The steak is not bad, but its volume is not worth the money for which it is sold.
The side dish (potatoes and, especially, mushrooms) to the steak were heavily salted.
In general, improve your kitchen.
I wouldn't keep such a kebab maker, and I wouldn't keep a chef either!

In the dining room on the 4th floor, we had lunch: a hamburger bun is very dry, French fries are sprinkled with a very spicy seasoning of pepper + salt. If you order especially for children, ask not to pour the seasoning. We were in early August. There is no conder in the cinema. We were about 5 o'clock and paid 37,500 just for the entrance. A very high price tag.

We had a rest with the children, it was great, the children really liked it , there were a lot of people on a weekday, but in principle there are enough pools for everyone.
The cafe waited a very long time for their order, about 40 minutes. The prices are not cheap, the usual pizza is 3200 , lemonade is more like upi 1600.
In general, I recommend a cool complex to everyone.

For all lovers of safety, service, comfort, aesthetics, this is definitely not the place. Starting from the lack of parking (parking is along the street of the private sector, if there is a place, you will park), and ending with showers, where there is either ice water or boiling water... either there is no water at all...
the tile is slippery - the children fall... in this case, the owner has secured himself in advance (before paying for admission, you sign a consent that you are responsible for the safety of children. )
There are more people in the room than it can accommodate... you can get to the outdoor sun loungers only through the pool, or by walking along the neighbor's sunbed. ( they stand close to each other and to the pool ). Be prepared that the neighbor may be a drunk guy.
The water is muddy.
In a place called a "restaurant", you have to wait 1.5-2 hours for an order.
But there is one plus - "new lockers" in the locker room. But they are also given on an adult ticket, children are not allowed.

I recently visited Timatey. I liked everything very much: from the service to the baths with pools. But most of all I liked the spa treatments (general massage and bounty peeling). I was lucky to have a master. The girls are all great, but Gyulsara has just golden hands! Thank you very much! I recommend it to everyone!
