When contacting technical support, they were asked to tell the first and last name of the person to whom the number was issued. My first and last name didn't fit. Without this, they refused to even begin to solve the problem. The result: I was left without Internet, without the ability to call a taxi, etc. I do not recommend buying a SIM card here or require a contract where your correct data will be indicated. They didn't give me a contract when I signed it, just a SIM card.

I bought a 10 GB Internet package on January 2. I spent 500 MB. The Internet was turned off. I went into the salon, they said that I had run out of all traffic.
