I stayed at the Quiet Castle Hotel (21 Kuyukova St.) for 3 nights/4 days on April 21-24, 2025.
We were accommodated in a suite that does not correspond not only to this category, but even to the standard category.
Of the stated amenities, only wi-fi, TV, slippers, and a toothbrush are available in the room. There is no air conditioning, no mini-bar, no fan, no tea/coffee; iron, hairdryer are also missing not only in the room, but also on the floor. There is no shared kitchen. Accordingly, there is no microwave, refrigerator, or stove either. The only available outlet in the room is broken out of the wall and hangs directly on the electrical wiring, which raises questions about compliance with basic fire safety rules. The second outlet under the ceiling is probably for the proposed air conditioner, which cannot be used for other purposes. There is no sound insulation.
The staff responds kindly to the requests of the guests, but does nothing. There is also no kettle in the room, I received it the next day after 3 (!) calls to the staff and 15 hours (!) after the first request. The kettle was given dirty on the outside and covered with a thick layer of scale on the inside. There is no shower curtain. When washing, the water pours directly onto the floor. I asked for the curtain three times and in the end I never got it. The answer was puzzling: there is a curtain, but it's just now in another room (!) The toilet is poorly cleaned: the passage to the siphon is covered with a layer of dirt. The room has not been cleaned in 3 days even once. The trash has never been removed from the trash can. The bed is covered with a duvet in a duvet cover, there is no bedspread on the bed. The window sill is dirty, sticky to the touch, with traces of ash. There are only thick curtains on the windows. There is no local lighting in the room. There are signs in the room itself and in the bathroom informing guests of the fine they will be subject to in case of damage to the property of the hotel. Overall, the signs look very welcoming. At the time of arrival, the parking lot was under construction.
My rating: 0 stars. But otzovik does not miss such an assessment. Therefore, we have to give 1 star.

Take care of yourself and don't stay in this network of guest houses. We stayed at 17 Tyumenskaya Street. We arrived late in the evening and did not have the strength to go to look for another place to stay. Briefly on the conditions: the whole house is covered in mold and stench, dirty, we were the only tenants, there is no window in the room.
