05/19/2023 we asked for help with funeral arrangements, as we did not know what to do and there is a premium funeral in the list of services provided, where they promise to arrange a premium funeral, gently protecting relatives from unnecessary stress, strength and nerves.The website states: we will receive the documents, help determine the subject of the ritual, work with all cemeteries of the Republic of Belarus and many other beautiful promises.In fact, we had to go through more than one stress.It all started with an attempt to conclude a contract, having discussed the funeral exactly, our mother is a Catholic and it was necessary to observe the nuances.At that moment, we were alone there, we began to discuss our questions and at that time more people came to buy wreaths, the girl did not consider it necessary to finish with us and began to serve everyone at the same time, we asked that we still be given due attention and served all in turn, we were simply ignored.As a result, we did not know what she had marked for herself, because we did not receive any documents or contracts.Being in a stressful situation, in order to make sure, at least verbally, they repeated that the mother was a Catholic, emphasizing this, they asked to exclude Orthodox attributes.As a result, tomorrow, when we were heading to the funeral hall, we received a call and were told that we needed to take stools with us to the cemetery, this is a premium funeral for a moment.In the funeral hall, we find that the mother has a veil with an Orthodox cross.This suggests that no one listened to us and was not going to provide the service properly.And this is a small part of what we had to go through in addition to our grief.This is the beginning of horror, I will not describe everything, if the director of this institution is interested in his reputation and is ready to listen to the boorish treatment of his employees, about what they said, contact us.The farewell was on the 20th, your staff will give you our number.Have the courage to apologize.
