It was from about July 29 to August 10, I don't remember exactly, A quiet harbor like the name of this place, the most disgusting food here, the behavior of some woman is just as terrible as who the hell she is, I tell you, we came to relax and decided to explore cafes and canteens in the vicinity, menus, prices, etc. We went there and were surprised by the low prices, I took out a camera to take a picture of the menu, and if anything, go there with friends in the evening, so that I could at least show what prices there are, but God saved us from this place and it's good. A girl who we couldn't hear because of their music started yelling at us, I do not know who she is the waiter or the owner, turned off the music, ran up and grabbed my phone, I was honestly surprised by this behavior, started yelling that you can not shoot here, started poking something in the phone, we explain to her that we want to show our friends the prices and the menu as a whole, to come here, she screams again, you are not in your country, what would you do here, we are trying to pick up your phone, which she clutches tightly and does not give back, screams in front of all customers delete your photos, quickly I said, this is private property, I say okay, I will delete, only Give me back my phone, she's repeating it all over again, but she won't give it back!!🤟
Somehow we took her phone away from her, I'm standing in shock, I say I deleted the photos, of course you have staff here, it's probably worth writing a review. I started yelling at my back, if you don't like something, get out of our country. And she started shouting something in her own language. In general, it turned out well, because the neighbors who arrived that evening and decided to eat there. And that same night, the whole family took pills for poisoning together and even occupied outdoor toilets, and they said that they decided to have dinner in this place, their caesar salad was not as fresh as possible, as if it had been standing for a while, the lettuce leaves were already rotten, the breadcrumbs were already raw, the meat and fish were sour, they thought that maybe because There was no sauce, and some of the dishes smelled disgusting, so they didn't even eat them, but they were forced to pay with threats. Naturally, they paid, no one needs a stabbing in front of children. That's it! Before you go somewhere better, read reviews, go take a look. Find out from someone.

I would like to leave a review on the cafe "Quiet Harbor", where we have been eating for several weeks.
Service: here we would like to stay in more detail. A local woman works in the cafe, who, according to our suspicions, owns this cafe together with her family. On the first day, she smiled at us and was very friendly, the next day her mood deteriorated sharply, which is noteworthy only in relation to some customers whom the waitress chose randomly. It was normal for a waitress to smile at one table and talk through her teeth to another table. It is important to note here that the cafe has a mandatory tip of 10% of the bill. In gratitude for the tip, the waitress was openly rude to us, lied about the fact that half of the items were missing from the menu, ignored
within 30-40 minutes (she could completely serve the next table from the moment the menu was taken out to the calculations and did not come to our table with the menu), brought the cooled dishes and did everything to make us understand that we were not welcome here. The apotheosis was the hair in the food at the time of the last visit, the meat with a smell and the mistake of the waitress, which she refused to admit, but only openly rude and left with her nose in the air.
We do not recommend visiting this place, there are many pleasant restaurants in the area with similar pricing policies and with staff who are happy to see you and do not spit in your food.

Then there was a sooo long wait, before recording she gave a lecture that we dared to send her before she said anything. We started making an order, at the time of the order it turned out that there was no half, the grill was not working, it was lunch time. In the process of ordering, she just left. Do not set foot in this place and I do not advise anyone! The service is full bottom.

It's not a good place. We ate there 2 times. Everything was fine the first time. Khachapuri is delicious, the juice from feijoa is normal. The only thing I didn't like was the loud music. Okay, in the evening they would turn it on like that, why turn it on so loudly at lunch. People after the sea, the heat go to eat, relax, and then your music is hammering. They asked to turn it down, they turned it down. The second time we were completely disappointed. The music was also screaming. We ordered a dish in a pot (roast probably) of chicken. The meat was very tough, I couldn't eat it. This time, the juice from feijoa was disgusting, as if it had disappeared. They told the waitress about it. We didn't drink it. The waitress said she wouldn't include it in the receipt, so she did. We didn't go there anymore.

I don't like it when the name of the cafe is the dining room. Usually this is the level of the dining room at cafe prices, which turned out to be no exception for the Quiet Harbor. The national menu is simply not available. Portions of soup are small - less than in a real dining room nearby, but more expensive. The Kiev-style cutlet turned out to be flat and small for some reason, but there are no complaints about the quality. But khachapuri in Megrelian actually consisted of one dough. Add to this the obligation of a 10% tip with not very good-natured and very slow service, and it becomes clear that it is better to look for another place.

The canteen is next to the river, from where it smells like sewage.
It feels like this place is deliberately poisoning the lives of tourists (they put up a huge speaker with music and turn it on to the maximum not in their room, but next to it ON the STREET), which is why neighboring hotels suffer. The attitude towards people is appropriate, there is no respect, requests are not heard.

We had a rest at the end of July 2023. This is a wonderful place, everything is sooo delicious!!! We got into the first evening by accident, and for the next week we came only here. Always delicious and large portions, you can safely take a salad for two. I really like trout in any form. Solyanka in Abkhazian, Vats with beef, sauces are simply delicious. The children were given borscht and mashed potatoes with a cutlet-they are delighted. They are also prepared for takeaway. It is always clean and cozy. There is wi-fi. They cook quickly. The staff is sociable. One waiter, with a large landing, you have to wait, but the prepared dishes are worth the wait.

Dirty tables. The shabby menu. Asked what is available, the answer is everything.
We wanted pilaf, khinkali and chicken soup. It just turned out not to be.
The apotheosis is a rude waitress. During the ordering process, she became very irritated and aggressive. She said as soon as you decide, call me. They never found out what was available in the end.
Reading the reviews, I am very glad that we did not try anything there.

Very very bad. The waitress is alone, it's hard to catch her, but it's half the trouble. We made an order that took a long time to wait. They brought a salad that you can't look at without tears. Perhaps it is not a successful dish, perhaps it was collected from old and dry chicken remains, very dry. In the photo, a salad with chicken, lettuce leaves, cauliflower (which should be there, but apparently ended). And it's all drenched in soy sauce. It doesn't even taste like it's free to eat. The meat in French is not bad, the kharcho soup is insanely over-salted.

We have been vacationing in Abkhazia for more than one year. We always found a common language in any city, in any catering. Here is a separate case, hopefully an isolated one... In order to order, it was necessary to "catch" the waiter, especially since she was alone. The landing for the evening was not very big, but perhaps the person was exhausted at work already in the afternoon. She warned us that we would have to wait. To the question "What time is it?" She replied that it would take 10-15 minutes. If the dish is prepared after the order, it is even very small. We ordered mashed potatoes with Kiev cutlet, julienne, meat in Abkhazian, tomato-cucumber salad. We wanted to order drinks, but we were told that their store is around the corner, buy yourself what you want. Okay. After a busy day, I didn't want to get into any conflicts at all... We bought ourselves drinks. When the order arrived, of course, we tried everything from each other. Julien is warm on top, icy inside. The puree is watery with lumps. The meat looked creepy in Abkhazian, it floated in oil, but it turned out to be surprisingly very tasty, because the oil could be left in a plate. It's time to pay off. In the bill, the so-called Kiev cutlet was more expensive than on the menu. If it was really delicious and man-made from the heart, then there would be no questions at all. Frozen, heated in the microwave... The waitress said that she forgot to warn about the price increase specifically for this dish. Next, I noted that this is a freeze and is not worth the money. I was asked to "go see how it is being prepared," but before I could agree, they very quickly "forgave" us 56 rubles, saying that they would not get rich from them... Yes, you will never get rich because of this attitude to your business. You have undertaken to feed people - so do it well! And people will reach out, and the money will come...

Homemade beer is the worst thing I've ever drunk in my life. Just sweet vinegar. Khachapuri is delicious. The pork kebab is so-so. Not hard, but not impressed. The national dish in a pot is normal. Cons for me: they bring everything so hot that it's impossible to eat. Well, the wine was amazing, of course.

I really liked it. They cook very well there. There are no empty seats in the evening, apparently other tourists think so too. We've been there a couple of times, very satisfied. I really liked the chicken fillet with cheese, I don't remember what it's called. It takes a long time to cook, but this means that everything is prepared for the order, and not the finished dish is heated. Wi-Fi works great there, the cafe itself is on the banks of the river, so it's not hot even during the day. We really liked it.

For 30 rubles you get not only a diluted compote, it's water with a slight taste of feijoa. The kebab in the tandoor is over-dried. One waitress is clearly unable to cope with a large flow of people, you have to wait a little for your order, in short, there is a shortage of employees. Wi-Fi seems to be there, but for some reason the password is incorrect, maybe I have such a problem. There is no sugar, no napkins on the tables. Except that I liked the Caesar salad with chicken, the portions are large. I visited 2 times, in both cases I was disappointed. Of course, people have different tastes and preferences, you can go once, the visit itself looks neat, although the road to it is through an unsafe bridge, it is dangerous to let small children out of the cafe alone, you can fly from 2 meters into the river.

More than anything else, she was "impressed" by the fact that for some of the drinks listed on the menu, she rudely sent to a nearby store. Remove from the menu what you are not ready to submit - there will be no questions.
And no one canceled 10% for the service - in this case, it is not very clear what you are paying for ....
In fairness, I will say that what we ate was quite edible, did not cause any complaints.
