I decided to make a gift to my parents and buy a high-quality sauna. Since my family and I need a sauna for a long time, I was primarily interested in QUALITY (the material from which the bathhouse will be made and the high-quality connection of the structure) and, of course, an adequate price.
I took this issue very seriously. I live in Minsk myself and have seen a lot of companies that manufacture baths. I wasn't just interested in beautiful websites on the Internet. All companies have beautiful pictures on their websites. But the sites and reality were not always similar. I visited each company myself and personally wanted to see the baths with my own eyes.
I was only interested in companies that have their own production facilities, professional assembly of the bathhouse structure, high-quality and professional installation of the bathhouse on the client's site, and an adequate price for delivery.
In the village where elderly parents live, mostly people of retirement age live. Connecting water and electricity to the bathhouse and installing the bathhouse is quite difficult for me as a woman.
After a long and careful choice, I decided on the Tikhaya Gavan company in Glubokoe (Vitebsk region). And she didn't regret a single second.
Arriving in Glubokoe, you are immediately greeted by the head of the company, Ivan Vyacheslavovich, and shows you samples of ready-made baths. When you go into any one, you immediately see the quality of the material and assembly (before coming to the Tikhaya Gavan company, I saw more than 26 designs of different modifications and I had something to compare them with).
All the samples of ready-made baths seen at the Tikhaya Gavan company (Glubokoe) were professionally executed. The attitude towards the client is very friendly. All the questions I asked were answered calmly and intelligibly, as well as everything was shown. From a conversation with Ivan Vyacheslavovich, I figured out some of the nuances of making a bathhouse and its durability. She did not hesitate to ask the most “meticulous” female questions (why is this outlet or switch better... and not that one... etc.). I was given answers that were understandable for a woman, which impressed me very much.
It is important that the firm Tikhaya Gavan has thought out every detail from the conclusion of the contract to the last screw during installation on my parents' property. My father is disabled, he can't hear very well, but after installation, they explained to him very clearly and clearly how to use the sauna properly. It is very important that respect for the client is felt in everything.
My parents and I are immensely grateful to the Tikhaya Gavan team.

Hello, we ordered a sauna at the country house in the Quiet Harbor company. We chose the manufacturer very carefully, carefully studying the information.
